I had bought jblt110 in june 2018 and are in warranty period. There is no service center nearby so i had to contact the company through email. They provided the address of their service center flextronics technologies india pvt ltd. And i was asked to courier the product along with the bill. I visited the service center as i was hoping for an early resolution but the service center denied taking the product without courier. They insisted that i go home and courier the product, i did the same but the courier was refused and not accepted, on asking i was advised to resend the courier. I again resent the product and emailed the courier details along with the bill and other personal details asked by the company on the same day i sent the courier. And again the courier was refused and the tracking also says refused by receiver.
They basically wasted my time, money and effort and are not accepting the faulty product which is in warranty. I have made 3 tries from my end and feel that i have been cheated and miss guided.
