Harman India — jbl soundbar and woofer - pending for repair | |||
I purchased jbl 250 in october 2016 and within a year the woofer stopped working. I submitted the sound bar and woofer at the service center in mumbai (Lower patel) on 26/09/2017. Acknowledgement for the same is attached. It's been 4.5 months and the repair work is still pending. When i spoke to the contact person at service centre (Nilesh), he mentioned that he cannot provide a definite date for repair. This is ridiculous. Firstly, my sound bar is defective and secondly i don't get a definite date from the service centre. It can't get worse than this. To add to this, when i sent an email on the customer service id mentioned on their website ([protected]@harman.com), i was advised to have patience.
