I have given my product within warranty period for repair, and didn't receive product back its been More than one, month now, i have submitted on 14-Oct-19.
Issue is when I adjust BASS I am getting Beap sound and it is annoying. this issue was not there for past 11 months. But Support team is telling that is not an issue and it is from manufacture design.
I have sent many mails to JBL HELP DESK even called them. Always they ask to wait for 48 hours and Helpdesk will contact. But I never received any phone calls. Still the Product is with Support people. It's worst experience ever.
Kindly help me to resolve it asap
I have been following with them from long time now. They have to resolve this issue or Replace the Soundbar since it covers Warranty. Was this information helpful? |
