Harman India — my product not shipped yet and companies helpline is not responding at all

I have placed my order through online payment on 10/11/17. There is not response from the company not yet. They have not shipped my product not yet. Provided costumer support is not working my order number is[protected] and my invoice number is[protected]. I have tried to contact the customer support number [protected] and [protected]@harmanaudio.in and also filed a support form they didn't even respond to anything why in the hell they provide these toll free number if they didn't respond.. I want my refund from this fake website

Any resolution?? i have got in to same issue and i have ordered the product and they are not delivering.
