Harman India — My product was in warranty and the company assured me to provide the new one.. but I haven't received it even after 45 days

I have registered a complaint for the replacement of my JBL infinity glide headphones...which was in warranty period .. but i haven't received it even after 45 days of complaining...
and I'm not sure whether they are going to return it or not
