Hi, i had purchased a product on the harman india website (Jbl bluetooth headphone). Order id:[protected]. I don't know where is my order or shipped or not. On contacting customer care toll free no its gets disconnect after 2.10min. I have been calling them every day for the past 4 days. Even they are not replying on email id or on twitter. Looks like i get fooled by harman india world top leading brand who don't care of their customer they took my money and after that no buddy is taking care. Can someone please take accountability for..

they shipped my product on 16 nov but after that status is not updating, looks like they just give me some tracking id so i can sit back. its 5th day and status is still showing request for pickup received at lower parel. and my delivery location is lower parel. if their warehouse is in lower parel then it should be deliver whithin hrs or a day.
