I bought an infinity soundbar Cinebar w200 in march 2021 . The subwoofer stopped working in october itself. I filed a complain regarding the same on 21st oct . The technician came and ordered the required part after inspection on 24th october. Since then, There has not been any repair done . My soundbar is still non-functional after 1.5 months of the complaint. Everytime I call them they say that the part has not reached the technician yet. I deeply regret buying this product and very disappointed with the pathetic service being offered. But now that I am already suffering, I want the product to be repaired at least.
