I am writing this letter to bring to your notice my grievance with regards to the delivery of Infinity Glide N 120 which was ordered in the month of October Upon the delivery, I have discovered that the product is damaged.I contacted Harman Via Whtsapp and phone call on 13 January 2021 they told me to damage the product(cut the product in the middle and make it use less). I followed all the protocols of the company . Next day I recieved a message that your product is ready to dispatch but till date i didn't received a single message about the tracking id of my product .I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number for your company who insist that there is nothing they can do as the blame ought to reside in the other departments(Delivery Department).
Could you please deep dive into the issue and let me know the reason for this problem. I must say, I am utterly disappointed with this kind of quality being delivered to me. I had chosen JBL due to its on-time delivery services and a class apart quality. But this issue has quite disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Harman Jbl Infinity.
