Really troublesome ordering experience with JBL India.
Ordered JBL Quantum 600 Headphones on 07/08/20 and still not received the product as it was attempted to be delivered at my Billing Address.
The funniest part is that the customer support is totally unaware of their ordering feature on the JBL India website that allows the customer to choose different Delivery and Billing addresses. They in fact went to a great length to prove that no such option exists. Please train your customer support to know the nuances of your product and services.
Have called at least 5 times and no resolution yet. Following is the latest ticket ID on which I have been asked to wait for 2 more weeks just to see if the product gets delivered. The support executive had the audacity to ask me to call back for a refund if it doesn't.
