Harman India — Regarding the product given for the repair - KL-C[protected]

Address:4th Floor, JLN Stadium Metro Station, Kaloor, Kochi, Kerala, Kochi

I have raised the complaint on August 21 and handover the product for the repair. It already takes more than 10 weeks of time and not getting any update. Every day I'm calling your customer care and asking for an update. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
