Harman India — Replacement of headphone

Infinity Harman is a valuable brand in our Indian consumers. I bought Infinity Harman Glide 120 wireless In ear Headphone Black & Red in July 2021. Now its right side of ear is not audible.Then after some days left side are also not work . We are going to particular shop to complaint against this item but he says he couldn't any replacement you are going to complaint to customer care.
