Harman India — sound bar woofer not working

Raised complaint on 4th november, till now no resolution. Whenever i call the customer service, they give me a new date.

They are not able to repair the product. Their so called service team, which does not exist in reality, never calls or follow ups.
Now they say that we cant replace your product, you need to wait till it gets repaired.
4 months waiting is already over, how much more do you want me to wait.
I have paid you in full, now if you cannot repair the product, atleast replace it. I cannot use the product.
