Dop 29.9.2019 jbl flip 5 but it stopped working after one month and warranty was filed 30.11.2019, its almost more than a month there is no response from your end. Being such a big brand this type of behaviour is not accepted. On the contrary service staff were rude. Kindly replace the product as early as possible.
The product is not being use for 6 month even so it needs to replaced as it has some manufacturing defect. It is not getting power on.
