My aunt had brought Preeti mixer grinder from HARSHA Surathkal, Mangalore in March 2020. Which unfortunately she started using after a few days of purchase. that's when she found that whenever mixer grinder is put on and in the middle of the run the KNOB just falls off. It was immediately informed to HARSHA Surathkal service, the response she got is " its normal for a KNOB to fall off" which clearly made no sense as My mother has been using the same model of mixer grinder for the past one year and its working perfectly. The above problem clearly indicates a manufacturing defect in the mixer grinder. When spoke to a senior technician at Harsha, he asked her to get the MIxer grinder for repair. It appeared they repaired the problem and rectified the issue, but the same problem arose once again when she started using. Again she complained, this time she was made to bring the Mixer grinder to showroom one more time until now she was made to run to and forth several times and the service individuals are giving false information regarding the problem ( as " company personnel will inspect" ) and no concrete information regarding the rectification of the problem.
The main concern is when it is clear that its a manufacturing defect, why Harsha is not replacing the product with the new one. In case their policy doesn't allow to do so they should at least repair the problem and not give reasons such as "first-time issue " " no such issue" etc. Being a reputed electronics dealer in south Canara, such an attitude towards its customer was not expected. Presently my aunt has planning to keep the mixer grinder with the dealer itsel[censored]ntil any solution arises. Very poor post-sale service by Harsha Surathkal
