The company is engaged in the business of real estate group in the name of m/s harsha group (Harsha associates pvt ltd, harsha builtcom pvt ltd, highpoint facilities management pvt ltd & seven days construction pvt ltd) not depositing the tds deducted during the financial year and huge amount has been collected as service tax from vendor but no any such amount has been deposited by this company. The company is not depositing taxes from fy 2013-14 to till date.
A huge amount of tds has been also not deposited by the company.
As i am a resident of india in our country tax ki chori is a offence.
