[Resolved]  Harsha Associates Pvt Ltd — The products that we buy from here spoil in few months

Harsha is just a name brand and all the stuffs in there are waste. I bought a asus laptop from harsha kundapur in the year 2021, in the month of July. The laptop worked fine till December and that's when I got the first issue. My laptop got switched off and didn't on. When I called harsha they were like since you are in Mangalore you can give it to nearby harsha. I visited harsha Mangalore and they were like go to the service center. And I went. They told its motherboard issue and repaired in 1 week and gave. Then again in june I got the same problem so I visited them again and they were like same issue again and told they will replace motherboard again. And in 1 month I got this issue again. So this time I visited harsha instead of service center. These people are just giving me fake hope from 1 week. At first they told that they will send it to service center but they did not send it till date. Its been a week now. I want justice. Its not just my laptop. I had also taken my mobile from there and I got motherboard issue with this as well. I need my laptop working fine as soon as possible. If they don't give it back I need a new laptop. I had paid 50000 its not a small amount to me. Please ask them to give me my mobile back. Why give fake hope when they actually do is nothing.
