Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — encroachment at the cost of public utilities and environment

My complaint dates back to the month of January 2017. I submitted my RTI application in HUDA Office Sonepat vide diary no. 513 dt. 30.1.2017. It is still unattended. Hard copies being sent by courier.

My existing complaint is against the encroachment done by the resident(s) on the road in the form of ramps, gardens etc. As a result, the waters gets accumulated and doesn't find way to drainage. Though this kind of scene is all around but the attached picture is in respect of H. No. 1382, Sector 15. It is done so blatantly ignoring the underneath lines of water, telephone, gas and Rain Water drainage. It is complete violation of norms and causing disturbance and great inconvenience to all. How it is being authorised??
