The sewerage in the house is blocked and connection to the main sewer is not traceable. Lots of insects/pests are coming out of the sewer tops. We need immediate attention in cleaning and treating for pests.- house no 1191, sector-7, panchkula, consumer no.[protected] site code 162042. The sewers are closed with lids which are not fitting properly and hence needs replacement. The internal sewers are fully choked and we need immediate attention.
Sewerage manhole just opposite Shri Ram Mandir sector 2 Panchkula is overflowing causing inconvenience to residents, devotees and passersby and need urgent attention.please get the needful done on priority and oblige.

        Respected sir

        I pradeep kanodia s/o lt ram kishan kanodia the owner of ground floor at 488 ashoka enclave, faridabad, is continously informing the departments that this building is old and week, the residents of 2nd floor of 488 ashoka enclave, faridabad is doing illegal construction on roof top and is laying the lanter on wall support wdout coloums due to which it is noticed that there are cracks in my floor, and it can be dangerous for the residents of this building in future due to the additional load being put on the top in form of third floor. Sir any time any major accident can happen, a copy of complaint has been given in joint commissioner office at old faridabad and sho of the ashoka enclave 3rd but no action has been taken. Several times verbally warning has been given to the concerned person who is constucting this 3rd floor on top but no response has been recived from his side. No permission and sanction has been taken from any of the concerned authorities or concerned governent department to make this construction. I request u to kindly look into this matter as take action as soon as possible to stop this construction and save us from any misshappening tht can takes place.

          The owner of plot no. B-853, palam vihar, gurgaon-122017 (Mrs. Shailaja rawat and dr. Sarven kumar singh rawat) has constructed roof slab for all the floors (Gf + ff + sf). As per the huda memo no. 4323-24 dated 04.05.2012 the owner (S) of plot no. B-853 has to settle the dues towards common wall sharing with the owner of plot no. B-854 but this has not been done till date.
          It is requested that the noc should not be provided to the owners of plot no. B-853 unless they settle the common wall sharing expenditure due to the owner of plot no. B-854.
          The owner of plot no. B-853 may be directed to provide a detailed calculation certified by huda approved architect showing the "common wall expenditure" amount at the time of settlement of the dues payable to the owner of plot no. B-854 palam vihar, gurgaon, haryana - 122017

            Sir, i was re alloted plot number 1450 size 6 marla sector 57 gurgaon on dated 15/02/2005. I requested huda repeatedly to give me possession of this plot so that i can construct my house. Due to litigation and court case, huda alloted me alternate plot number 1083 of same size during mini draw on dated 21.02.2012. I received offer of possession on dated 06/09/2013 for the alternate plot number 1083. I applied to give me permission a number of times but huda rejected the possession due to abnormally small size of plot i more than 30%. It is very surprising that huda is charging extension fee for non construction of house even after rejecting physical possession repeatedly. What is the sense of alloting alternative plot which is not in position to give possession.
            I met eo gurgaon - ii expressing my concern. I submitted request in writing to allot me either original plot number 1450 which is now free from dispute and ready for possession or give me any other plot ready for possession. I submitted affidavit and indemnity bond stating that i shall not aproach any legal authority in case original plot is again under despite, if original plot is given to me.
            I have been visiting huda office sector 34 twice a week. No body from assistant to eo is ready to help me. However touts in the form of contract workers offers to resolve the issue of alloting original plot against consideration amount.
            Bribe is never asked by any govt employee but offered by customer to solve the issue when he feel helpless. I m still hopeful that higher authorities will look into the matter and make a fool proof system to make our country curruption free.
            I was having dream of staying in my own home after retirement. Even after a long period of 13 years i am helpless to get possession of plot.
            I m retired as joint director from ministry of petroleum and natural gas, new delhi.
            I hope to get solution to my problem with intervention of higher authorities and make curruption free atmosphere in huda so that no any innocent person is panalised. I don't need any favour but as per huda policies.

                Sir,

                This complaint is regarding the leakage in the water supply main line. Leakage in main line is just opposite to house no 1200 and 1199, sector-3, rohtak. I am a resident of h. No. 1199, sector-3, rohtak on 20th july i have noticed that during the water supply timings (Morning as well as in evening) water is logged on the surface of road. As monsoon season is going on we all are now prone to water contamination diseases. This is kind submission to resolve this issue as soon as possible because this problem is directly related to peoples health. I have already informed mr. Rajinder (Staff of water works sector — 3) two days back still no action is taken yet.

                  Dear sir...
                  It is submitted that ironing of cloth man (Press wala - dhobhi) has made a temporary shelter in front of house no 351 sector 23 gurgaon-122017. My complaint is that
                  1. He has collected lot of wooden waste junk tables kitchen wooden shelf/racks/ boxes chair etc and has collected and placed in the aforesaid shelter
                  2. Drivers, mallies, safai karamcharis etc. And anti social elements sit on these wooden junks placed in the said shelter... Create lot of noise... And nuisance... And some time these people have threatened that no one can do anything against them.
                  3.in addition to this has been a breeding place for insects and mosquitoes … is a a grave health concern for the locality.
                  4. Being a sr citizen our health is being adversely affected by the movements and noise created by ironing of cloth man and people sitting around him.
                  5. It has also been noticed several times that some anti social elements have been seen sitting and drinking alcohol in the late nights in the said shed…. This is a grave security concern for the otherwise peaceful residential calony.
                  It is requested for urgent action that
                  1. Wooden junk... Structures... As mentioned above be removed immediately by concerned authority from the temporary shed.
                  2. The temporary structure be removed immediately from the said place and same be shifted to main road / isolated place where these people can do their work without disturbing to the otherwise peaceful environment of area... And for the safety of local residents... From anti social elements threats... And health hazard.
                  An early action in the matter shall be highly appreciated...

                        This is in reference to my application no. 017420 for the allotment of Affordable house at Sector 103 of Signature Global.
                        I was informed that my name is in waiting list (#7) so I put my papers for refund of my money asap.

                        I am sending continuous mails to refund my application money but they are not responding on mail. While called them, they said that the money will be refunded in 75-90 days which is not acceptable to me as customer.
                        Once my name is not in confirm allotment list so the money needs to be refunded on the next day or pay the interest amount as per the rate they charge from the customer due to delay in money deposit.

                        Please help me in getting the refund along with the interest amount of the delay. I am in great need of my application fee money

                            Subject : due to lack of system, spreading of corruption and blackmailing in huda, office sector 12, faridabad. (Pls. Help farmers)
                            Respected sir,
                            In this time farmers of master road acquirement (Specially) are facing worst situation. The system to get compensation of acquired land is very bad…. Cheap and support corruption at every step as detail hereunder:
                            (1) what document required, no policy or notice has been defined.
                            (2) no window/ responsible person to provide doc. Check list and thereafter receive a file.
                            (3) in absence of patwari concern, no one listen/authorized to see your matter.
                            (4) after submitted file to patwari for 1st compensation; file receiving not given
                            (5) no time limit for mark any objection/to process a file.
                            (6) no time limit to get compensation via cheque or rtgs.
                            (7) steps of a file movement cannot be checked weather online or offline.
                            (8) who will responsible to bear loss of interest in case of delayed payment due to delay in process is not defined.
                            (9) no farmer’s support bench defined, not defined whom to contact in case patwari and lao/kanoon go are willingly delaying process.
                            (10) the process to get land compensation is very time consuming, file moves from table to tables, thereby delay in process.
                            (11) patwari and kanoon go/lao, required money/bribe to move your file, if you will not pay, file will be delayed you will be threatened to any adverse remarks on your file, and thereby pending of compensation in court cases etc., and ultimate loss of interest on award/money, which is only born by farmer alone.
                            The system to get land compensation by haryana urban dev. Authority is a system of hurdles and corruption. Merely displaying cm flying squad number will not overcome this problem.

                            Now huda officials have made a priority list of farmers to get the award/compensation, this list has no connection with reality-- who will pay more bribe--- will get top on the list, example -some are taking 2nd compensation while who are claiming for first award still at later to them.. what system is this?

                              Urban estate, b block, sector 10 area is now a jail for every common person visiting or moving from this sector.
                              Because it is impossible for a common person to move in this sector as people living in this place have constructed gates on every 10 houses in such a way that this sector is divided into several mini sectors/areas which a common person can not cross easily as these gates remain closed all the day with only gate open and that too for 10pm.
                              After 10pm and till 5am, the only open gate is also closed.
                              Who authorise these people to make gates on every 10-12 houses and how these people can construct small rooms at roadside naming that a residance for the gatekeepar.?
                              Is there any law in huda department or not.?
                              I have seen so many times that huda department breaking illegally constructed houses but now where is this department.?
                              If huda can't take any action against these people than why the govt shouldn't close such department and save funds that the govt is wasting in the salary of huda department.
                              Why a complaining mail shouldn't be sent directly to the president of india and to the prime minister of india so that they can take a necessary action against guilty people.

                                    I am living in sector 57 part ii huda sector gurgaon. There is no development in this sector, even societies adjacent to 57 are maintained very well. Electricity not regulr in this sector. We live in dark while shusant lok people enjoy lights.
                                    No dustbin in this sector. Where we should dump our 'kudda'. No safaai workers are thr. Why u boasted for swachta abhiyaan mission. No swachta is therr in this sector. I think, i should start to dump all my home wastes on road now.
                                    Only then news become highlighted and action will taken.

                                      I have a flat in princeton floors, sec 51. The builder, today homes and infrastructure pvt ltd has not provided us with the oc so that we can get the flats registered.in-spite of repeated reminders/requests there is no positive response from them. Though the possession of the flats are 2-3 years old but the oc has not been given to us. Although we were promised that it will be given within 2-3 months of possession. Accordingly, the builder has taken all the charges (Even more on the pretext of increased area) but has not provided the oc. Kindly, impress upon the builder to meet his obligation and provide much need respite to common people.

                                        HUDA has offered possession in in Sector 21, Kaithal on 28/12/2014 ie late by approx. 7 months. As per policy of HUDA interest is being given on delayed possession. I am allottee of Plot No. 171 in sector 21, Kaithal. I have have submitted application along with copy of my PAN for interest on delayed possession in HUDA office Kaithal on 16/03/2017 diary no. 1319 but I have not received above stated interest till today even in other cases who has applied after me they have received interest. Please look in to matter and give me above stated interest as soon as possible

                                        Hi, this is just inform to you near to plot no. 1460, Sector 52 some illegal construction (jhuggis) are made by Labour. These jhuggis are increasing day by day. We are facing problems like. They put garbage in front of our houses and flow water on street and in plots as well. Due to this unwanted animals like dogs, pigs are surrounding.
