Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Extension fees waiver issue not resolving

Respected Sir/Mam,

This is to bring in your kind notice that we have applied for extension fees waiver in the scheme of extension fees waive off in HUDA (Memo no. UB-A-6-2016/[protected] has been paid through Challan of Rs. 11, 800/- on 25th Oct 2017.The file regarding the same was submitted at the single window diary no. 10806 on 27th Oct 2017.

In the middle, the scheme got changed and we were asked to deposit another Rs.15000/- which has been paid to HUDA on 31st Aug, 2020 in the name of extended policy as asked by the officials. So a total of Rs. 26800/- is paid in the extension fees waiver of scheme.

Now after all the original documents which were deposited with the application file, we got to know that the committee did their efforts and the file got approved but unfortunately, the case is still pending.

The concern is now that the policy is again revised in the month of Feb, 2023 which says that file must be put online for which we weren’t aware of. It’s my humble request to resolve this case as the file was already approved by committee (attachment below), only the final approval of Administrator is pending & the official is asking to wait for reopening the policy & to list it online, which should not be the case as per our understanding as the case was filed in policy Memo no. UB-A-6-2016/46612-13

Request support in getting it resolved at the earliest.
