Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Incorrect water bill in spite of earlier correction | |||
Consumer no 1727679, water bill was revised and send by mail to me on 30th July 2020 after my online complaint. Due to which an excess payment of rs 778 (paid by me due to unjustified bill) was to by adjusted in upcoming bills. Some amount was adjusted. But again wrong bill is generated now with same mistake as earlier was done in July 2020. The last meter reading is 864 and old meter reading is not shown. Remark was given that meter was locked. I have not put any lock on my water meter and also The photo of water meter uploaded in previous bill on site is not of mine. It means the bill generated against my water meter is not of mine. I am sending the photo of revised bill received to me by mail in 30th July 2020 as well as current bill.Please look into the matter and send me the bill as per reading of my own water meter instead of any other.
