Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] — Payment done in wrong account of HUDA

I have made a payment for buying a plot from SBI to ICICI HUDA's account. By mistake it went to some other account which also belongs to HUDA. Now I want either my amount to get settled in the correct account for the plot or refund of the amount paid by me.
What is the procedure for that?
