I purchased a Havells "Dew Premium Underlight Fan" on 24th April and it stopped working within a week. After several complaints and mechanic visits the fan could not be repaired.
I complained again through the website and got complaint no. EE031671 on 3rd May after which a mechanic came and opened the light and took some part for replacement. Now even after 10 days nothing has happened and a fan without light is hanging in my Drawing room for the last 10 days which is very embarrassing.
I would request you to please have my fan replaced within 2 days failing which I will have no other option but to approach a consumer court to have the fan replaced and claim damages for harassment.

I want you to take back this fan and refund my amount as you do not have competent mechanics who can repair this fan.
Yesteday a mechanic came at 9:30 PM and brought the wrong part so went back.
Again he has come today and fitted the fan but as soon as the fan was switched on there was sparking and all the wiring has been damaged. Please have the wiring done as it has been damaged due to incompetance of your mechanic. Was this information helpful? |
