I purchased one lloyd 1.5 inverter AC 2 years back with 5 years warrantly. It stopped working after 2 years so requested for service complaint over the havells App. First complained was placed on 26th July, after 2 days service technician came, assessed that external PCB was faulty which needs to be ordered. So they took service charge of 500rs and said it will take 3-4 days to replace. Now 10days nothing happened, after multiple painful follow ups, finally technician came on 11th Aug, after replacing external unit PCB, it didn't worked. This time he said that internal unit PCB is faulty, so again he said it needs to be ordered. But these people closed the complained and reopened new one on 11th Aug to show that original complained got resolved in 15 days. Now I am again following with them each day, they are telling a lie each day that this will be resolved soon. They have really pathetic service, I am suffering at the hands of these people. My AC is still not working, not sure how much more time this will take.
