This has reference to the complaint no FL233601 raised on your website. I have purchased one Accor Steam Iron on 10.01.2016. There was two years warranty on the product. However, on 02.12.2016, the sole plate got broken while ironing.
I raised a complaint on your web portal regarding the same. I got an SMS regarding the complaint and got few SMSes regarding complaint alloted to few technicians(Kool Care Services, Sunny).
One of the technicians came to our home for repair on 24.Dec.2016. He told that the company have stopped making the model and they will not be able to repair the iron. They asked to replace the 2000W with 1250W iron for which I refused. The earlier model (Accor) is still available on the company website. Later I got a phone call from Some "Sher Singh" informing that the Accor model is discontinued and he can replace the same with 1650W if I wish to. On refusing the same, I again got a call from the same number stating that the iron is intentionally damaged physically and will not be replaced or repaired.
On calling your Customer Care no at 7:00PM on 24.Dec.2016, one of your representative informed that they cant help me and anything relating to the complaint will be handled by the technician only. He didnt let me talk to his senior/ supervisor.
Kindly repair the iron as the same is in warranty at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
