I bought a Havells Ceiling Fan SS 390 1400 mm series few days ago. After installation, it is doing a lot of wobbling. Seems like it is having some manufacturing fault.

        1. I had purchased a Standard Pedestal Fan on 11th Aug 2021, but you have updated the purchase date 4th July 2021. Which one correct purchase date. if 4th July is correct than please give my purchase invoice, otherwise update my purchase date.
        2. Purchase date & Warranty Expiry date, your executive updated in your APP . After that why need hard copy invoice or warranty paper for any service during warranty period? if you need hard copy, refuse my complain on mail for further documentation. Now onwards I need service without Invoice & warranty paper. Can you give service or not?
        3. Your executive has supreme power, if customer want to talk with him/her senior, they donot connect with their senior.
        Finally I hope, HAVELLS is Product is for one time selling business only not for future business.
        4. Without service, how open ticket closed. Please Explain.

          10 Months back we purchsed in SARAVANA store- PADI for HAVELSnake pedal -Fan -1 NO -5230/-. Two days back at the time of running for fan inner one number of fiber glass blade was brokend and outside cover also released and throughout near my son - 6 years old at the same time slepping.

          We faced at the time of broken fan blade heavy sound happened because of this accident the same day my son got fever

          This is way of manufacturers for fan quality very bad. quality . We request you to be change new with good quality fan. Old fan you will take back. do the need full.Our contacts : [protected] /[protected]

            This to bring to your kind attention that we are the new customer of havells octet celling fan in ludhiana punjab 141001 and the experience for the 1st installation experience was very bad .We don't understand that if we want to install the new fan on the existing place than the engineer needs to dismantle the fan which is already installed and then only will be installed and for that he is asking for the extra cost which is unethical .Please take an appropriate action

              I had purchased 4 havells fans but its speed is very slow and can not compete with other company's fans. I had lodged a complaint and the engineer had come who advised to replace the fan regulator by Legrand one which is not possible as I have to replace 18 modules wall plate and switches or sockets and still it is not sure to have a desirable speed.
              Can you help

                I have purchased Havells water heater on 05 Jan 2022 but the product was defective and after multiple complaints, it was replaced by company in Feb. But the new one is also causing so many issues. The company claims that it will take 1 hour to reach max temperature but it is taking more than 3 hours for water heating. I am not getting any help from technichians as well.

                  Mechanic cannot repair my geyser

                  I purcheged one geejer . I have waranty card. But the macanic wants bill also. If there is no bill he cannot repair the geejer. So why iam purchaged the havvels products....

                    I am very disappointed with your services. I have registered a complaint since 20 January 2022 till date my issue is the same, no resolution from your side. My oil heater leakage issue is still the same.

                        Havells water heater is under warranty which stopped working, also loud popping noise coming from the appliance. Service request has been raised twice through app but technician is not visiting even after several reminders and call.
                        On 19 th February 2022 at 21:40, I made a call at customer care toll free number but executive on night shift did not co-operate and was not ready to listen.
                        Serious issue.

                          मैंने 10 जनवरी 2022 एक Havells Rigo मॉडल का जूसर मिक्सर ग्राइंडर ख़रीदा था। जिस दिन से मैंने ख़रीदा है उसी दिन से मुझे प्रोडक्ट में problems होने लगी। मैंने कई बार लगभग 8 से 10 बार कम्प्लेन की, executive भी कई बार आया पर मेरी प्रॉब्लम हल नहीं हुई।
                          सर्विस centre के लोग बार बार प्रोडक्ट ओके का फीडबैक देकर मेरी कम्प्लेन canceled कर दे रहे हैं।
                          अतः आप से निवेदन है कि मेरे जूसर को या तो सही किया जाय और अगर नहीं कर सकते तो उसे वापस करने कि कृपा करें।
                          अगर आप लोग ऐसा नहीं कर सकते कृपया मुझे बता दीजिये कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए RTI की मदद लूँ या फिर उपभोग्ता फोरम की।
                          Now again I am requesting you to change my product.
                          MY complaints - 1- Juicer is not grinding correctly.
                          2. dirt (Pulp and juice) spreads very badly.
                          3. After juicing Vestige comes out too wet.

                            Hi team,

                            We have purchased 4 Havells - 1200MM Fans EP Trendy Antique Copper ceiling fans on Dec 31, 2021.

                            All the 4 fans are wobbling very badly after the installation. I am immensely worried about the safety of my life and my family members as it seems that the fans will fall down. I am also worried that fans could fall and damage floor tiles or break my household items. Will Havells take the responsibility of any mishap?

                            I have been reaching out to the Havells Customer care 6 times but there is no help and every time, I have been told that a technician will visit.

                            On Jan 26, 2022, a technician came and said that there is an issue in this Havells model and these fans do wobble. He said that he will replace the fan blades and see if the wobbling will stop but he never came back and his mobile number - [protected] has been constantly switched off since then.
                            Since then, I have called at the call center[protected] times but not even once any technician visited to look into the issue.
                            Havells has a big market reputation and we hope we will get immediate support from the team to resolve the matter on URGENT basis.
                            Thank you and look forward to a quick response.

                              Recently I buy siliencio mixture on order after seen ad, but my impression about this product change after buying. First it's not operate, then prefer to demo, when company person come first for demo he saw two jars not operate, manual operate and digital problem. He just to change jar, rest two jar one are not cush simply tomato and sign of over loading shown in empty jars. After second demo iam not satisfying for long lasting work of product. I said to return area saler manager said it's retailer call, but he refused to do so.and I feel like pendulum with out my fault. Your compnany have renowned name, by your officer arrogance talk I feel we are fool to buy havells product

                                With due regard i would like to inform you that i purchased Havells Geyser Puro DX from metro Zirakpur having Invoice no. 4308T[protected] dated 23/01/2022.
                                I requested for installation which is free from your side But the Person named Suraj Bhan on True caller having phone no as mentioned above Misbehaved with me and my wife and also not installed the Geyser. He was saying that I will only touch the geyser and you have to keep the table/ladder in bathroom while that was lying in other room. I called the person Named RAMAN Ph. no. [protected] which is assigned by you but he also not responded well He totally refused to install and left the geyser unpacked . We are 1st class gazetted officer why you appointed such type of technician who dosn't behave well with customers

                                Today i am repenting to purchase this product from such reputed company also i am not expecting such type o[censored]nsatisfied services from your side...

                                    I got a call from Havells asking for an appointment for a routine maintainance on 26th Jan 2022. Their technician came and did the routine service and while fitting the water purifier to the hook, one of the hook got bent. He set it right and fixed it somehow after a long struggle. I was charged Rs 750/- for the service. After he left within 20 min the water purifier fell down as the clamp had again bent and couldnot sustain the weight of the purifier as the water started to fill in. I got back to them stating the issue but none of them are responding to the calls.

                                      Myself Sagar Kharate, I had bought an Havells Immersion heater HP15 Auto 1500 Watt (Blue) from Amazon on 29 Sept 2021. After using it for some days, now I am facing issues, the heater light is showing ON but the rod is not getting heated. As per my knowledge, the appliance is having a 2-year warranty, I have tried contacting the customer care number but they are not accepting complaints regarding Immersion Rod Heaters. Since it is in warranty I want to know where can I get my device repaired under warranty and also want a clear explanation why the complaint about the immersion rod is not being registered although it is being sold. I have earlier tried contacting Havells and Amazon but there is not a fruitful outcome since both are passing their responsibilities to each other Reply from your side is expected at the earliest
