I have raised the complaint by calling havells customer service on 9th May 2022 and today it is 18th May 2022 till now I have not got any call from service engineer to visit the site and address the complaint.

I did follow up call with customer support almost every day, they keep tells we are escalating to higher authority, but from higher authority also no call or support.

I never seen this much pathetic service support from any of the companies.

Appreciate your help to take the action ASAP

    We were supplied with 2 split ACs in August 2021 by one of Havell's authorised dealers (Khushi Technologies of Bangalore). Both ACs stopped cooling shortly after installation. For several months, we coordinated with the dealer who would come, refill gas and attribute the problem to random issues (monkeys in the vicinity, outside units not bolted down etc.) We took each advice and implemented. In the process, we created concrete platforms for outside units, fabricated protective casing for the outside units and all exposed parts. The problems continued and at this time the dealer stopped responding to our calls. Mr. Vijay, the MD of Khushi Technologies too has stopped answering our calls.
    We contacted Havells. After their technician assessed the situation, he told us that the ACs delivered were defective since there were old oil leakages inside the units.
    Since then both the dealer and Havells service team has been unresponsive. We raise complaints and escalations through official channels, that Havells team cancels without our authorisation or any intimation to us. Mr. Vignesh (Dep. Manager) refuses to listen to us or talk on the phone. He doesnt respond to text messages or answers his phone. Ms. Ramya once called and told us the units will be replaced, but now has stopped responding to our calls.
    When I asked Mr. Vignesh for contact details of his superior (Mr. Bipin Shetty or Mr. Subramaniam) to escalate the case to, he refused to share the details with us.
    At the time of checking the ACs, the Havells technician had removed both units from the walls and placed them on the floor. They remain in the same position for months now. (Photos attached)
    Both units are within warranty but our only option now is to scrap them and write them off, and buy new ACs of another company.
    Dismal experience from Havells and it's dealer Khushi Technologies. Their fancy customer service app or e-waste program are of no use if their back-end is broken and their employees have no regard for the money paid by their customers. Strongly recommend not to buy anything from Havells.

      Respected Sir/Madam,

      I was purchased a Llyod window ac 1 ton through amazon for 8 inches x 10 inches Room first floor on 11/04/2022. The window ac is not proper cooling. I was two complaint registered on Llyod customer care. Mr. Asif (Engineer) was came on first complaint. He told me, stop ceiling fan then used window ac. The ceiling fan stopped and switch on window ac continuous on16 degree temperature 8-10 hours. But window ac is not provide colling.

      2) Then I was registered second complaint on Llyod Customer on 16 may 2022. Then Mr. Asif (engineer) call me on mobile for second complaint. He said me your ac is good and i am cancel the complaint. I am requesting to Mr. Asif (Engineer) please check ac proper, If you are not resolved my problem then forward to any senior engineer. But Mr. Asif misbehave with me and threat me. i will not fix your problem. Do whatever you want.
      I am request to you please take legal action on Mr. Asif (Engineer) and please replace my unit.

      The window ac is run around 2-3 hours in 18 degrees Celsius but room temperature is not down to 27 - 28 degrees Celsius.

      The window ac is not working properly. The Engineer visit in my home and not resolved my problem. I am not satisfied your service. The service is very poor. I am upset.

      Kindly replace my window ac unit.

        I’m Dr Dinesh. My lloyd AC has not been working properly for so many months and at last when the summer is heavy I made a complaint on April 22, 2022 with the Ticket Number [protected]*, but it has not been taken seriously. I made the complaint again and again and then a service personal came and found that the gas valve is leaking and therefore it’s to be changed. Then they said they would come after two days. But they didn’t come. I have called them up a number of times but there’s no proper response and they didn’t come. it’s almost three weeks now after the inspection

            Hello Sir/Mam,

            Everytime I raise a service request, the service provider close that complaint from their end without addressing the issue, without contacting or visiting us.

            First of all, the product stopped working within one month of purchase, which is very strange and disturbing for us, and second thing is that the service is not being provided to us.

            I also have a query regarding the havells policy in the scenario where the product cannot be repaired or is causing the same problem after being repaired by the technician. Does havells provide replacement of the product if it cannot be repaired ?

            Because why the customer should suffer when he has paid in full and still received the damaged product. I want to know the conditions required for replacement of the product.

                  I had purchased Havells lyyod 1 Ton split AC machine SL. No- (8JIGO3U05297-I ) dated on 02-April-2022 from MULTITECH shop (Vill + P.O- Bhandehati, Dist –Hooghly, P.S – Dhaniakhali, W.B 712302) . I am surprised to see that day after installation the outdoor unit was not working. Then I contact to the delear instantly and also call repeated times, then after two weeks later he just taken away the outdoor unit but till now it’s not resoved.

                  I am extremely disappointed with the service of Havells and also The Dealer (Named Souvik Pal( Mob - + 91 [protected] ) . Now my humble request to you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and replace or rectify my defective AC Outdoor unit at earliest .

                      I had purchased Havells Cresent 250mm Personal Fan Model No- (B00B4BBC3V8) dated on 12-July-2021. I am surprised to see that very short period Coil of the Fan burn out total 04 times.

                      I am extremely disappointed with the performance of Havells product.

                      My humble request to you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and replace my defective fan on top priority. I had faced a big problem with in short period of time.

                      I don't expect from Havells such type of poor performance of product and their services.

                          I have installed Havells water heater at my home...while bathing extreme hot water came from from the heater which burnt my hand...at no point such hot water should come..the product should have a tempreture check system inside it..this harmed me...and i feel there is risk to many other...due to this am at complete rest since last 10 days..and have spent around 5k for injury..

                              I bought a Havells 15W LED Warsh white bulb costing Rs. 200 from A B Traders (Havells Show Room), BD2, Shop No 15, Super Market, Rabindrapally, Kestopur, Kolkata, West Bengal 700101 on dated - 02/04/2022.
                              First of all they do not have equiments to test the bulb and they never tested it and shown me that it works. Still I believed them and bought the bulb. However the bulb did not worked and then I have to call an electrician to finally test it. The electrician confirmed that the bulb is faulty and will not work. Then I tried to return the bulb and came to know that there shop do not open before 11 AM in the morning. Today 12/04/2022 I took the bulb for replacement and then they first told that they do not have a similar bulb in stock for replacement. Then I told that ok then replace it with a LED tubelight, the extra money that will be there I will pay. Still they refused to exchange it and asked me to come another day after 2 PM. It is very unprofessional and not at all customer friendly to propose such an odd time for replacement. We have office and it is not easy to come at that time. I want to take strict action against this showroom and have my money back.

                                Hi! We have purchased freddo cooler on 30th march, we were facing problem of cooling from the day we started it but thought that may be it was a bad choice of cooler & ratings on internet is false. But gradually we discovered that cooling option gets off in few hours after that we found it totally stopped but still panel light was on. Also showing water low sign after filling it to full. Facing problem in summer season as no quick service also want help regarding return of this defect products. Cooler cooling risk cant be taken in the season its all about whole night for peaceful sleep. Please look into the matter asap.

                                  As we are regular and old customer of Lloyd AC / Havells AC . But, sorry to say that we are not at all satisfied with Havells service centres and customer support.
                                  As Gas filling charges of carrier and other reputed AC of R 410 is 2400 + GST. This includes service charges and rectification of any leakage.
                                  But, sorry to say your service centres are taking undue advantages of their clients. Initially They raised bill of 4050 + GST for Gas filling. But when we said that other reputed brands are taking 2400 + GST.
                                  Than they made another bill for rupees 3500 + GST.
                                  Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Havells is very poor in resolving the customers issue. You keep on calling them and they hardly cocern about any customer. Best way to deal is not buy any new product from them.

                                    Good day...

                                    Reference to the above complaint#, this issue has not been resolved yet.

                                    I would like to inform you that I have purchased a Lloyd brand 1.5 ton split unit Air conditioner in June 2017 from QRS Trivandrum (Encl: copy of Invoice). Since then my nightmare started as it takes a long time to cool and the blower power is too low. We have 3/4 different brands of split units at our residence and never come across such a poor performance. We have made several complaints and it never got resolved. I have been an NRI for 30 years and I come home annually or once in two years. In my absence it is sparingly used when we have guests at home. Since this was not resolved, we have recently audited the A/C with the help of a 3rd party service agent and found the gas is less and slightly leaking from the condenser. I was in India for a week on emergency leave and I reported a complaint on 27/28 March and no one showed up until 31st March. The special requests made to call centers were ignored. On March 31st, one of your service technicians, Mr. Aravind inspected the Air Condition unit and confirmed the 2/3 coils are not cooling properly. Thereafter we had a conversation with his senior manager who assured us to send direct representative of Lloyd's Air Conditioner company on Friday, 01 April 2022. We deeply regret to inform you that none has contacted us as of now.

                                    Since I am abroad you may immediately contact my direct brother Mr. Ahmed Khaja on his mobile +91-[protected] to resolve this issue forever. We urge you to replace this unit as the warranty is going to get over. I am too humiliated and frustrated with this particular unit/brand and will never recommend it to anyone in our family and friends circle.                                       I have bought a total of 5 fans from Flipkart and within three months of installation one of them stopped working completely and two of them work randomly, I have made countless complaints, and the technician visits and says the PCB needs to be replaced and they changed one of the fans PCB and from that day the fans remote stopped working so we can only turn on or off and can't control its speed and rest two fans still having issues and every time I make a complain they visit and say the same thing as its needs a replacement and they will get back in three days and never returns my calls again so I make a new complaint and this process repeats again and again,

                                        I have Havells Water Purifier(Pro Alkaline), and I have lodged complaints regarding bad water taste on 19/03/2022 and Havells service engineer chacked TDS level of water, it was around 50 in the same day. The next day morning again he came and checked the TDS level of water and again it was around 50. I told him that we do not want to drink such levels of TDS water but he said that it is good for drinking and we can not do anything. Then after I refused to give a satisfaction code. When I called again to Havells customer care regarding the same issue, they said your complaint is closed and again they lodged a new complaint on 22/03/2022. From the date 22/03/2022 till now Havells customer care executive saying they set high priority reminders to the concerned officer but still I do not get any call from them.
