Myself Sagar Kharate, I had bought an Havells Immersion heater HP15 Auto 1500 Watt (Blue) from Amazon on 29 Sept 2021. After using it for some days, now I am facing issues, the heater light is showing ON but the rod is not getting heated. As per my knowledge, the appliance is having a 2-year warranty, I have tried contacting the customer care number but they are not accepting complaints regarding Immersion Rod Heaters. Since it is in warranty I want to know where can I get my device repaired under warranty and also want a clear explanation why the complaint about the immersion rod is not being registered although it is being sold. I have earlier tried contacting Havells and Amazon but there is not a fruitful outcome since both are passing their responsibilities to each other Reply from your side is expected at the earliest

          We purchase havell utc in 22 oct 2021 but within 2 months it started showing promblm like continue beep sound, so we raised complaint, technician came n he changed watever he wants to change but again within week same problem started n now havell utc alkaline water purifier stop working . Worst product, dont purchase it, customer service only noted ur complaint they don’t do anything.

            This is extention to the earlier complaint
            When we reached out to your sangli office to collect the replacement, staff there tried to handover duplicate/fake LED without any serial number, product id, logo not even right ports, stand was present. When argued they said it's the only piece sent by You from Pune office, also showed the broken piece and pushed to collect that fake one. We tried calling Pune office but unfortunately phone was not reachable/busy at that time. After quite an argument they gave the attached LED. This is clear case of fraud attempt and fooling customer with fake LED using head office name and I feel this is reason they have not delivered at doorstep. Also the replacement I received is not the correct one, delivery challan details and actual are not matching, plus replacement is the lower version than my original one. No timely response, urge some help in this matter

              I purchased RO in Feb 2021 with warranty of 1 year.
              Faced problem from 1st january onwards when I called service agent he said ma'am your filters are not working and water quality is poor.
              I told them to change as it's under warranty he said no ma'am we can change only once fliter chokes.. considering filters are not completely choked we can't change and we will not even cover this in our AMC..
              I don't kno why would some1 buy havells brand if this is type of service we are getting why not buy local brand.

                  I bought a Havells Air Cooler from Great Eastern on 27/04/2021. First the swing motor went bad and it was replaced. Now, in the month of October, the fan motor went bad and the cooler is not working since then. I raised a complaint[protected] with the customer support a couple of times and they keep saying that they will fix it in the next week or by weekend. It has been 3 months now and it hasn't been fixed. I call the service personnel and they keep delaying it. In the month of December, the service personnel named Aniruddha MOB NO [protected] said that it will be fixed by month end but now it is January 2022 and it hasn't been fixed. Nobody even cares to check the status. Pathetic Service and public relations.

                    We have purchases a Havells Digiplus water purifier and its been 2.5 years and its been called for repairs frequently and we have been told to change candles everytime and its done no good. We'll be replacing the water purifier. It was not a good experience

                      The fan works on single speed, the lowest, when put on maximum speed the speed doesn’t increase but makes humming noise..registered complaint twice in six months..received an SMS stating that a mechanic would attend shortly..but no one turned up..found the local service center number from the seller/dealer and called..to no avail..writing this as a last resort

                        Geyser service

                        The geyzer in the master bedroom conked off. Placed a complaint after many attempts with the customer care. They passed on to 1 technician who passed on to another and so on... 5 of them!! Still haven't seen anyone. Absolutely ridiculous and demeaning. 4 days with a non functional bathroom... and counting...

                                It is suppose to make sound while changing power to UPS but instead it is making sound continuously like chuk chuk !!!

                                  I bought havells geyser yesterday with the installation reference no [protected] and has been assigned to Akshay Yadav...a installation personal name sonu come to my home..he was unprofessional and unskilled not know to work with drilling machine..he cut my electricity wire inside the wall while drilling it cause very difficulty to me as my house electricity supply cut... Plz send personal according to ur company reputation as i think havells is best among all but first experience not become last... Kindly look into this... and a personal contact me name Bharat from havells very aggressive and rude while conversation with me and want to come my home after evening even i told I m not there he told me that i come according to myself not according to u and when i told him i will complain in havells he told me company not going to take any action against me...kindly look into this matter as ur representative harasses customer then who become the havells customer...plz take the necessary action which set the example for future

                                    Purchased oil based 13 fin heater on Nov 8th, delivered on Nov 11th,
                                    The heater stopped working on Dec 27th.

                                    Registered a complaint on 29th Dec 2021 about the issue. A technician (contact no [protected]) visited and opened the radiator motor and fixed it back by telling he doesn't have the correct motor to replace. He then asked the service case number and took picture from my mobile where he had the service code. He told us we should not call the customer care again and he will come back and with the new motor and will fix it.

                                    Since he didn't contact us till date, I checked with the customer case today (Jan 03-2022) about the status and was shocked to know that the case was closed by the technician.
                                    I am cheated by service technician represented by Havell's.

                                    I am looking forward to get my issues resolved:

                                    1. Get my heater fixed
                                    2. Take strict action against the service technician (contact no [protected])

                                    If my issue is not resolved soon (in the next 2 days), I plan to take strict action against the technician and company as well.

                                      During use of food processor, noise is Dangerous and rust powder is appearing on the top of processor.it’s very risky to use after hearing the noise and blade of the jar is choked some time.
                                      In last 30 days many of times we registered a complaint. Service of Croma and havells was not satisfied at all.
                                      After service from Croma and havells problem in food processor is not resolved yet.
                                      And the food processor is in warranty period.
