Purchased oil based 13 fin heater on Nov 8th, delivered on Nov 11th,
The heater stopped working on Dec 27th.
Registered a complaint on 29th Dec 2021 about the issue. A technician (contact no [protected]) visited and opened the radiator motor and fixed it back by telling he doesn't have the correct motor to replace. He then asked the service case number and took picture from my mobile where he had the service code. He told us we should not call the customer care again and he will come back and with the new motor and will fix it.
Since he didn't contact us till date, I checked with the customer case today (Jan 03-2022) about the status and was shocked to know that the case was closed by the technician.
I am cheated by service technician represented by Havell's.
I am looking forward to get my issues resolved:
1. Get my heater fixed
2. Take strict action against the service technician (contact no [protected])
If my issue is not resolved soon (in the next 2 days), I plan to take strict action against the technician and company as well.
