Purchased a water purifier of Havells Alkaine based on october 2020 for my new house.
As the installation done immediately we didnt get into new house for two three months. After getting observed that water TDS is 500 and complained to Havells customer support. Technician visited and did some changes but still it is coming 375 TDS. Technician told me after u pour some water outside purifier will become normal.
Till now 6 times appx i complained everytime the same happening.
From 10 days TDS of water 1500 and My father who is suffering with dialysis suffered with motions, vomitings and body pains because of water. From Day 1 purifier didnt purified once also properly.
In my same apartment another two persons are using same purifier. All three are getting same tank water. But my purifier water TDS is always 400, 500, 1500 etc.. While others are 120 and 125 respectively.
Why only for my purifier it is happening i dont know. No Technician is professional to solve it. They only want money or to sell extra products. My complete family Me, My wife, my small children, father, mother etc. Everybody suffered with this purifier and it is worst we ever had in our life.
Im requesting HAVELLS team to solve problem permanently or give me proper solution for it.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
