The ceiling fan is making noise while running. It is just 2 months old fan, how can fan give noise in just 2 months of duty. Ridiculous and poor quality.

I am complaining about my aqua guard havells alkaline is not proper working. So please provide me a technician to solve the issue so that we will be happy to drink the pure water and we also stay safe.

We bought two fans from example electricals in Dec 2019, post lockdown period, during installation of fans, we found fans were rusted and poor in air flow, complaint filed with dealer 27431541/[protected], dealer inturn complaint to company and technician AFSAR [protected] visited and pasted dealer replacement stickers on both fans, numerous calls to dealer for replacement were in vain. complaints escalated to Service head MH Girish Bhinde [protected], who assured for action, but nothing till the date; service manager Rahul called [protected] few times and pushedus to buy new blades during all 2020 and finally we were fed up with process; now its been quite some time but havells is silent so far,

Dear Team,

This year I've purchased 4 Havells Sagittal 1320 mm ceiling decorative fan for my home. After installing the all the fan is noising very bad. After I raised a complain and Havells engineer fixed the appointment for the same.

After visiting my home Havells engineer is saying "we can not fix". Again I called Havells customer care and given the detailed information. Again customer care registered one more complain(ref no - [protected]) by saying we will fix for sure even now they are automatically closing my complain without giving the service.

I'm totally disappointed with the service of Havells. If you are not able to fix the simple noise problem then why Havells is giving warranty/guarantee and adding the service charge also advertising that we are providing world class service.

I think this make sense a lot, hoping some good solution from Havells as everyone is purchasing by trusting the brand.

Not attending complaint and rude behaviour service center.after three months attend complaint but not complete

I have purchased havells Olivia fan and it’s under warranty… I’ve been in touch with there customer service team for about 16 days… all I get is I haven’t got any respond and cut the phone without proper information… it’s talking so long…

I purchased gyser of model Ellena in 2019, it was in off condition for around one month and now I am facing a problem that it's outlet water is not coming even after sufficient pressure of water in inlet. So please suggest me the problem and provide services at the earliest....

Instant Geysers (3 Nos) need to be serviced / repaired but nothing done so far.

The local Technician closed the complaint on his own mentioning false information; have tried calling him multiple times but no response; have called Customer Care number again and explained the situation; they have registered the complaint again with new number.

Very poor Customer Service from Mathura / Vrindavan. No proper response, no updates and no concern.

Purchased a water purifier of Havells Alkaine based on october 2020 for my new house.
As the installation done immediately we didnt get into new house for two three months. After getting observed that water TDS is 500 and complained to Havells customer support. Technician visited and did some changes but still it is coming 375 TDS. Technician told me after u pour some water outside purifier will become normal.
Till now 6 times appx i complained everytime the same happening.
From 10 days TDS of water 1500 and My father who is suffering with dialysis suffered with motions, vomitings and body pains because of water. From Day 1 purifier didnt purified once also properly.
In my same apartment another two persons are using same purifier. All three are getting same tank water. But my purifier water TDS is always 400, 500, 1500 etc.. While others are 120 and 125 respectively.
Why only for my purifier it is happening i dont know. No Technician is professional to solve it. They only want money or to sell extra products. My complete family Me, My wife, my small children, father, mother etc. Everybody suffered with this purifier and it is worst we ever had in our life.
Im requesting HAVELLS team to solve problem permanently or give me proper solution for it.

The water heater has been installed.
However the engineer used his private fasteners without asking me. He gave the excuse that the ones supplied by Havells would have broken the wall. He kept the original fasteners with him.
One of the flexible pipe was short. He asked for a two feet long pipe. he was ready to provide one at a price of Rs250, much higher than the going market price. I had to get one from the market to have the installation completed.
Request confirm this is the normal practice.
I had submitted a similar complaint on Sep 17 to
[protected]@havells.com but it has not been responded so far.

What a pathetic service you have and please don't give warranty and cheat people as you cannot give service I am not satisfied with your service as from the day I had purchased the iron it isn't working properly and clothes are sticking and inspite of complaining also you don't value your customer and your engineer is taking the iron and returning it back without doing any work Then third time again
I had filed a complaint against it on 10 th September but till date there is no service provided .I had called your services engineer but he is not receiving the call so please don't fool people by giving warranty as you can't provide customer what they need
