    Dear team, Refer the screenshot and see that your partner has closed the complaint without bothering about customer issue. On asking he said on each visit the complaint will be closed. Are we expected to raise new complaint every 2 days as your partners will be closing this.

    Beware that in service industry even if the product is admirable, the service needs to be maintained at optimum level else negative marketing start by its own.

    Water is essential and during this Covid situation customer expect a honest behavior.

    Ticket snap is attached. Now i have raised another complaint as the RO has completely stopped working.

    Your partner here in udaipur (Sridev) has serious issues in service.

    As on Today the RO has stopped completely and need immediate attention. To my knowledge the RO pump need to be replaced. This is pending since last AMC done as it was identified by your visiting person. i am chasing you guys since month, in such situation do you think i will have a havells product again ? in absence of the resolution, i will make sure that this is posted on different social media as well and probably a consumer case against this issue.

      This is to inform you that I purchased 3 Ceiling Fans of your brand on 27.03.2021 vide Bill No. 1953 from Albino Electricals Model EQUS.

      It is brought to your kind notice that we were using earlier Orient Fans for 10 years and now after renovation, we changed 3 Ceiling Fans of Havells. At the time of purchasing, we clearly asked your dealer of Havells that give us the best fan of Havells and he advised us for this model EQUS and assured 2 years guarantee and noise-free/dust free.

      It is to inform you after installation these fans we facing a lot of noise in our rooms and even can't sleep properly due to heavy noise through your fan. We contacted your customer care centre and they sent their person to check the same.

      It is very strange to hear from your person that this noise is of air and he was not able to satisfy us. It is to inform you that we are not using Ceiling Fans the first time which ur person was telling about air noise. We were using Orient Brand for the last 10 years and still no noise in their product but ur product Havells is very poor quality and only you are selling your product through Ads only but second time nobody buys your product if you do not solve the problem of your customer.

      You are requested to change all 3 Fans which are installed only 3-4 days earlier and from starting they creating problems.

        I have registered request and complain regarding break down of my fan 3 times 20/3/2021 but still the problem is not resolved It is in guarantee period.The behaviour oh technician very rude. Their is no support from customer service even. Your ""Service"" with reference no. ""[protected]"" has been assigned to ""T16 CBI0364 BDYUT ELECTRONICS (EAST MIDNAPUR)"" ""[protected]""
        Replacement of Motor is not done yet. Technician visited with the motor whose coil was burnt before and repaired. Its not the new replacement of Motor. This the service what Havells provide to the customers after sales of his product. Purchasing products from havells is harassment of myself and my family in this summer..Product model : Havells windstorm

            Sir / mam,
            With great pain and anguish i am reporting that recently i had some issues with my Lloyd Ac product sr no. Is(LWMS75LI[protected] purchase date : 08/12/2016... .. Accordingly sir your lloyd ac worked 4year great... but now i am suffering problem ac is not cooling ac is giving hot air from indoor unit. I complain to lloyd. Havells company provides an engineer, engineer came to my house without mask and he is standing front of my indoor unit and outdoor unit too only 5min and said give me 500rs for checking i said ok i will give you but sir what's problem happened with ac, he said your ac's compressor is not working properly you have to change and you have pay ₹2000 for documentation and coolant i said okk sir please i will give you when you change my compressor then, because u didn't do anything u just seeing my indoor and outdoor unit and wants 500, the guy misbehaves with me and my mother too, after that he clicked a snap of my ac's bill and said i am processing your request your compressor will be change within 4 days.
            After 4days when i am calling the guy is cutting my call after that he putted my no. On blacklist again i called with another no. He revived and said my phone is not working properly that way your call is not connecting, after that i asked about ac problem he said i already mailed when will be reply from company i will change after 10 days not reply from company and engineer too. After that i complain to customer care no. Shared all my problems after that consumer service advisor said the engineer who went to your house he is saying your ac is in good no issues any you have to change compressor that's way your request is denied from us. Sir i am requesting you please take action against liar engineer...
            Sir after 2 days i asked to consumer care he said i will provide an engineer he will resolve your problem within 24 hours sir please have patience, , , no one is comings the service center is Postpone my problem nothing else
            My mother is heart patient that room is my mom's room sir my humble request is please sir resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                Every time fall assurence of

                  I've bought wires for my house wiring system and it had not been even 6 months and it is burnt now. It was also about to get fire though I reached out in time to turn off the main switch of electricity.

                        I have purchased Havells Benzo food processor on August 2019. After that all the 03 jars were under service several times as they are defective. Also my main Unit was faulty in October 2020. I don't have particulars of service during 2019. I have some dates in 2020 when my product was in your service center are,

                          I bought a product on 6 June 2020 from Amazon and now it is not working.
                          Previous complaint have all been closed without informing me. Previous job ID are :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] which are closed.
                          I want to claim my 2 year warranty.

                                A complaint has been lodged in service centre on 17 Mar 21 regarding repair of water gas geyser 06 ltr (no flame is observed in gas geyser burner for which complaint has been lodged), on my complaint, service centre arranged technician, who repairs the electric geyser, whereas I am in possession of geyser. This was brought to the knowledge and your customer care officials escalated my requested to higher-ups trice, but no action taken so far to deputes so far. I request to look into and do the needful.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  I have purchased 2 Nicola fans 6months ago, one of the fans is making huge noise since the purchase. Per some suggestions, that the noise gets reduced after few months o[censored]se, I have waited till date but of no use.

                                  I raised a ticket to havells and technician replaced the shaft, however the issue remains same.

                                  I have raised another ticket and there is no response from them(cancelled the ticket without resolving[protected].

                                  It looks like they are selling defective pieces and models in the market as I see multiple users facing same noise issue from fan.

                                    I have been trying to have my Purifier serviced from last 2 weeks and despite of being very clear on the request NO effort is being made to address the issue. Contacted the customer service Numerous times only to hear the assurances and never a concrete action. Contacted Twitter and Still not getting any results. The purifier filters are declining and must be serviced immediately but all I am getting is - Nothing. I received some really good feedback about the Service of Havells and that's the reason opted for a purifier from them, but guess things change all the time..

                                    It's been 11 days and no one has contacted me for any updated. I called up their customer service and they had just one crammed answer that the complaint has been reminded to the team. What I understand from their service is that since I am from a small town, they don't really bother. Had it been a metro city their response would have been quicker. This company is arrogant and their customer service people, field workers all of them tend to ignore the customers AS much as they can. This is classic definition of Corruption and Dishonesty to the CORE of this INDIAN company
