I have purchased pearl model electrical switches, fan regulators, plug points, it comes with 10 year warranty. Most of the switches, plug points are not working properly and worn out. Electrical experts suggested that the pearl model switches got frequently repaired and this to be avoided by changing all the swirches and other and then only the problem will be solved. Also when i raised a complaint to havells, they always say that this model is discontinued we can not do anything and complaint closed. I have raised more than 10 complaints since last 3months. They have the worst servicing team. Nobody care.
It is requested that make necessary things to change all my switches and other accessories within the warranty period.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have bought Havells Adonia Geyser 15lts on June 2019. From the day, I fixed I am facing one or the other issues and serviced 5 times till today and almost all parts replaced except the outer body of the geyser. Every two month once I am facing the PCB board and the wire get burnt inside. I am fed up now and I don't want service again. Please call me on registered number from the service requests so that I can explain in detail. I don't feel post sales support is good enough from Havells hence we have to raise complaints through consumer portal and all.
