It’s not even 2 months i got this product
It’s my 3rd complain
Purifier is leaking and i have no other option than to boil the water and drink in this hot weather
In maharashtra in this lockdown
I am getting insane, do you think 20 / 30 thousand comes from nothing?
I don’t care anyhow
I want somebody in my house to fix this
Why do you make such products which can not even work for...

Motor sound comes but blade don't rotate for my atta-matic machine...

Abnormal sound from washing machine...

Power not receiving by adapter.simply it doesn't start....

Havells Ceiling light installed at my home keeps glowing even after switching of the the circuit. This is with all the 45 lights is it normal or a defect. If normal than why my electiric consumption is high....

I had purchased Havell's mixer grinder on 23.10.2019 from Jai Tulsi Appliances NX, Opp. Ice Wine, Vasai West- 401202 Bill No. 7431. Within 4 days of purchase, we lodged the complaint of faulty chuttney jar small which was replaced after 8 days by company technician. Now again same jar (which was replaced) is not totally working since a month....

I have purchase 6 no ceiling fan of the havells company, each of them creates very borring sounds when they are on....

The remote is of very poor quality. After the warranty period, it started behaving erratically. Power button just puts the fan in 3rd speed and rest of the speed buttons don't work. When you are selling a 5000 rupee fan, ship decent quality remote with it. Don't give poor quality stuff. The fan is unusable without remote. We will throw it away and buy something that's not havell ever again....

I recently bought a new Havells water geyser 5 star. The power supply is ok and the geyser is not working. The red and the green lights are not working and water is not getting hot. The geyser is a new one. recently bought. The other two Havells gysers installed in my house are working fine....

I am completely fed up from your services what you are providing to customers.

Saju he is saying no senior person is available in office to listen my query. We have purchased five ceiling fan in july 2019 and suddenly it stops working.. We registered complain several times in call centre but we get msg our person will come but since one week no one is come to attend our query. Received message-

Here in my city jodhpur services from the service center are very very poor i had led downlighter in my showroom around 50 lights out of which 6 of them are not working due to non availability of driver of the lights there is always shortage of drivers in service center. Please help me to get at least 6 drivers for my showroom as the lights are not working....

Havells geyser (Instanio) not heating within barely 2 months of its purchase. Despite repeated requests & complaints at both havells as well as croma customer care, there is absolutely no action in last 1 month. We feel cheated & harrassed.
Your product is although expensive as cpmpared to other matket options but the quality & care just sucks. You also sold us 2 yrs extra warranty & not able to provide service in 1st year itself.br...

When i registered a complain with havells india on 3rd feb, 2020 i thought that the complaint would get resolved quickly by professional personnel....

I have purchased a standard water heater on 30/01/2020. I registered request for its installation on same day with reference number[protected] and engineer (Vipin kumar-[protected]) was assigned and received the scheduled message but no one came to resolve our issue.

I have been following up with havells since last two months for replacement of side blade of my electric shaver. First they informed me that they could not change that, therefore machine will be replaced.

Since then it’s been one n half month they don’t have machine in the stock.

After my continuous follow up with them they have informed me that machine could not be replaced due to unavailability of product...

I have purchased a oil heater on 26/12/2019 but the same is not working properly from day one. I have complained in toll free no so many times but
No one came. Lastly one engineer came on 24/01/2020 but he also said it is not working properly. I requested to the dealer to take the product from me but he also denied. If you dont refund me the full amount immediately i will lodge a complain to consumer forum. Hope you will take necessary...
