    I have received faulty havells adonia water heater and within a year i have serviced 5 to 6 times still facing lot of issue. I request to replace with a good unit

    I have bought Havells Adonia Geyser 15lts on June 2019. From the day, I fixed I am facing one or the other issues and serviced 5 times till today and almost all parts replaced except the outer body of the geyser. Every two month once I am facing the PCB board and the wire get burnt inside. I am fed up now and I don't want service again. Please call me on registered number from the service requests so that I can explain in detail. I don't feel post sales support is good enough from Havells hence we have to raise complaints through consumer portal and all.
    I have sent multiple emails to customer service "[protected]@havells.com" from my email id "[protected]@gmail.com" but I haven't received any response. The company is not ready to replace the product and I did more than service 8 times. They are cheating the customers by advertising replacement.

      air cooler automatically turning off and on within 6 hours uses (within 36 hours)

      On 18.05.2020 i had purchased havells celia-i 55 ltr desert air cooler from reliance digital store, bansdroni, kolkata. Serial number: 88jcg0800496

      Next day on 19.05.2020 it was delivered to me.

      Due to cyclone amphan i wasn't able to use this cooler for 3 days and from 24.05.2020 i am using this cooler this cooler was working fine on 24.05.2020 and didn't cause any problem. I used this 4-5 hours on that day.br...

      I recently bought a new 1500 watt air oven digi air fryer. However, i have a complaint because whenever i make something in it, it gets burnt from the top and from within and bottom it is half cooked. No matter what i cook in it, everything turns out to be burnt from top.

        Previously iam complaining about cooler fan stopped. After 20 days the technician came to my house fix a new fan motor instead of old motor. Then two days working again the cooler fan stopped. Plz solve the service problem.

          I, kamal bangar, have purchased 17 fans (Worth rs 102000) from havells in my new house the detail of which is provided in the bill attached below. All the stealth air 1250 mm fan makes noise like a helicopter and the speed is also very slow.
          The yorker ceiling fan antique copper is also very noise and makes noise like a bell and the speed is just like there is no fan operating. This feels pathetic as he product comes from one of the largest fan companies in india.
          Only thing which feels more pathetic is that there is no service at all from havells,
          I have raised complaints on 18th september 2019 with reference number "[protected]" upon which service engineer ravi sahu was assigned in the message. We have called him 17 times during 2 days and all the calls went unanswered and there was no response from the company thereafter.
          I raised another complaint on 11th march 2020 reference number "[protected]" upon which service engineer govind sing was assigned in the message which never answered our calls and never came. Again no response from the company.
          We bought fans from ab electricals jodhpur (Navneet baheti, anuj baheti) which is a pathetic shop who dont answer any calls and behave in the most rude manner after you purchase an item from them. Me and my family are helpless and harassed from the company.
          Also we bought the fans on 22 march 2018 with a 2 year warranty period and we have made complaints under the warranty period with no response from the company.
          I would like to get my fans repaired/exchanged without any more harassement and economic cost as soon as possible.

            I bought two exhaust fans for my washrooms and the day i install them it is creating lot of noise, which is not expected from havells products. I went to the dealer with this issue which he plainly refuse to exchange it and told us to complaint to the company. I request to kindly attend this issue, rectify it or change this model. I have high hopes from such a reputed organisation... Rgds

                Bought havells avion fan for rs 13900 within a year blade got rusty replaced by havells within another year again the blade got rusty such an expensive fan no value for money fan speed also getting slow, this is the last and final fan of havells will not buy again cheap product

                  I am purchasing havells cooler on 06/04/2019. Previously it was breakdown. The technician come to my house and did a small repair. After 10days again the cooler fan was not working on 30/03/2020. Due to lockdown the shop owner not lift the phone. Iam complainting myself online service request id[protected]. Still no one come to my house for service.

                    One of the phase selector is not working. Therefore when power fails the it is not automatically switching over. So we are not getting power for our fridge and motor.

                        I have purchased pearl model electrical switches, fan regulators, plug points, it comes with 10 year warranty. Most of the switches, plug points are not working properly and worn out. Electrical experts suggested that the pearl model switches got frequently repaired and this to be avoided by changing all the swirches and other and then only the problem will be solved. Also when i raised a complaint to havells, they always say that this model is discontinued we can not do anything and complaint closed. I have raised more than 10 complaints since last 3months. They have the worst servicing team. Nobody care.
                        It is requested that make necessary things to change all my switches and other accessories within the warranty period.

                          We purchased llod ac on march 2020 month from sargam store noida sector 18. Day after that installation it was not working properly. We did so many complaints and finally on friday 14 may 2020, one person came from llyod and told us that it is a gas leakage issue and next day he filed it. Now yesterday 16 may same issue is again happened. No colling. Please take back this faulty product. And please don't harass us.

                          We purchased this ac on time before summer and not even single day we take the benefit of spending 35000 rs on this ac. Request you to please replace it and we are very serious this we will not allow anyone to come and do the repairing.

                            Dear team
                            We are being harrassed by service engineer of havells. We have digitouch ro which stopped providing purified water on 12 th april which was still under warranty. We registered a complaint on same day. We reaceived a call and were assured that our complaints will be attended once lockdown is eased. We patiently waited and on 3rd, lockdown was eased.
                            Since 3rd may, we have been following up with service engineer (Name - vipin, number - [protected]) he has been telling us that he will reach today evening or tomorrow morning.
                            We kept on calling 6-7 times a day but he didn't attended our issue telling that there should be atleast 3-4 complaints of our location then only he will visit.
                            We have been spending huge money on purchase of drinking water since last 35 days.
                            I have never seen such a pathetic service from any of the brand. We have products from different brands and all complaints are attended in max 48 hours.
                            I need fixing of this issue immediately and also compensation for the amount that i spent in last 13 days (I am excluding strict lockdown period till 3rd may)

                                  This is with reference to a water geyser of volume 15L brought from Goel Enterprises, Gandhi Nagar, Basti with customer name :Smt Asha Tripathi of model Monza DX with serial no :83IFGBG01581 on dated 24/09/19.This is to lodge a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of the product and blowing up of the adaptor much within the given time of warranty.

                                    Nobody has come till now..

                                    The purifier is still in warranty..
