Purchased a pedestrian fan one month back directly from e shop of havells. This new fan, new product of havells in breakdown since last 15 days, worked for 5 days only after product delivery.
Raised call with customer care, number#"[protected]" dated 20 june, technician attended the call on 24th june and close the ticket without making fan in working condition.
Again raised the tkt on 24th june, request no. "[protected]" and closed by havells without providing the service and wrong and false comment that area is containment zone.
Called their customer care again on 2nd july and was put on hold for than 30 minutes, this is totally harassing from havells end.

This is really disappointing that after purchasing premium fan of amount approx INR 5600, not worked for more that 2 hours since arrive of this fan.
This is really in a way harassments by Havells India. Customer executive simply put up on waiting.
