We had procured havells make murano swicthes from a local dealer in bhilai, chhattisgarh for our new house, the same was inaugrated in the month of april but the switches get started damaged, we had subsequently lodge a complaint with the havells service centre but almost as one an half months hav passed an no action has been taken place. Now we feel going with havells is our big mistake.

    I had purchased a geyser make havells (10 litre monza ec) from m/s universal electricals, s-5, vikas bazar, malviya chowk, opp. anjuman school, jabalpur @ rs.6, 250/- on 20.11.15. i regret to inform that after a short span of three months, during the course of heating the water, smoke was found to be generated inside the geyser, and subsequently i contacted havells customer care ([protected]). after registration of my complaint, a local engineer attended the geyser informed that the packing inside was burnt out, thus he removed the entire packing inside then.
    Recently, say; 1st week of this month (july'16), while switch on the geyser, sparking was observed at the point of outlet pipe and subsequently, havells customer care was contacted (ref: call no. fg070246 dt.07.07.16) and my complaint was allotted to some electrical enterprises. then the engineer attended the geyser informed that some component inside was burnt out and needs replacement, which assured to be replaced within five days. however, the problem did not resolve till 18.07.16 and i compelled to contact again to havells customer care on 19.07.16 (ref :call no. fg 192883) and the complaint allotted to some akriti enterprises. consequent upon this, an engineer namely mr. subhash ([protected]) attended the geyser today (20.07.16) and informed that some component inside the geyser has burnt out and needs replacement. however, he assured to replace the same by 21.07.16 but the condition is preferably just as wait and see.
    I regret to inform that in a span of eight months after purchase of the above geyser, it was repaired three times and being a customer, i have lost the faith on it as the geyser does not serve the purpose as and when required.
    I request to kindly replace the above geyser (which was recorded during my last call to havells customer care referred above) or refund the money at the earliest.

      I had raised a complaint#ff144607 with havells customer care on 14th june 2016 for the issues with my momenta attamaker. No technician has visited our place since then. I have placed four reminder calls to customer service since then.

      The technician called once to book an appointment for the visit. Post that i have called him at least 50 times but he is not picking up the phone. Nor is the customer care helping with the resolution of complaint.

            I have purchased a ceiling fan 3 days before. It is working very slow. There is issue in voltage or electricity at my place. I have registered a complaint in the company. They sent an engineer at my place and now engineer is saying it will be charged 550 rs for blades as blades are not working properly. I have purchased and got the warranty of 1 year. Then why i will pay 550 rs extra and it just 3 days back i have purchased it. Very very bad service havells company is providing. I am not satisfied at all. Also don't want to advice to anyone to purchase havells product.

              I purchased an havells wall fan swing wall / 300mm 02ej66602567 from a local dealer on 17/04/2015. The installation was done by a local electrician provided by the dealer.

              From day 1 there was an issue with the fan with an humming sound produced when in the oscillation mode. I raised this with the local dealer who arranged for a local electrician to look at it. The electrician asked me to get this addressed through the company as there was an issue with the fan.

              The problems started for me then when the dealer raised a complaint number fd291462 a. Round 25th april. The issue was looked into by a technician mr nilesh. He did some fixes which did not work, ultimately came to a conclusion that the motor had to be replaced. He got a motor on 29th april which did not match the fan and had to take that back.

              I was going on a vacation the next week and hence suggested to the technician that this could be done only i after i was back. Upon my return, the dealer again raised a new ticket fe212020 on 21st may and again this was assigned to the same technician...

              This is the most baffling sequence of events (Dates may not be exact)

              1) nilesh had come to my building and left the motor with our security at some point in may. Nobody was aware of this. I do not know how this person can be so irresponsible leaving a spare part with someone else. I had not given him this authority, he was lucky that our security was sensible enough to retain it.

              2) the motor that he replaced was a high speed motor and not matching the fan due to which it was running at high speed even at the lowest point creating huge noise. The fan also now does not seem to be steady when in the oscillating mode.

              3) nilesh attended the same on 28th may again and agreed that the motor replaced was not fitting the fan and needed to be replaced. He replaced the fan with a new motor on 31st may, unfortunately with a similar motor and my problems continue.

              4) since then i have been calling your customer service almost every day speaking to your senior executives. All i got an answer was that this complaint number was forwarded to branch office
              And that this will be resolved the next day. Till today i have only had assurances like a call back has been arranged and will be resolved today but there has been no action.


              I am completely frustrated with the inability of your technician to solve a simple issue and more over the way the complaint has been handled by your customer service executives. If there was an intention to resolve they could have just spoken to the service center to understand the issue and resolve this. Unfortunately such maturity does not exist with your executives.

              I am tempted to throw away the fan and purchase a new one from some other manufacturer, but the realization of being cheated by a reputed brand has left me seeking for justice.

              Request to please look into this and resolve the issue for me at the earliest.

              Hoping that my requests would be taken into consideration and that there would be a sincere attempt to resolve

                Two ceiling fans of havells co. (model infusion ) were purchased from m/s kaushal electricals, sector-12 a, panchkula on 14/02/2016 with two years guarantee. These fans were got fitted in april 2016. Since very start they are making noise. We have got registered complaint through dealer on 11/05/2016 and technician visited who informed that fans are making noise as their blades are not properly aligned and technician said that blades will be changed by co. Within a week. Complaint was not resolved within a week. Again we registered complaint on 19/05/2016 ( comp no. Fe 191999 ) on toll free no and technician visited on 19/05/2016 and informed the same that complaint will be referred to co and blades will be changed within a week. Till date complaint has not been resolved and fans are continuously making noise it is very difficult to sleep in a noise of fans.

                  Dear hawels team

                  My self parminder Singh from distt mohali punjab. I have already input the complaint in your customer care no in 17 may 2016 my complaint no is FE171943. I am not sufficient by your engineer service Mr jaspal singh is the person who have checked the pump on same date 17 may2016.
                  I purchased your monoblock pump on 24may 2015. The pump have a two year guarantee for date of purchase (24may2015).
                  Now we have suffered a lot of noise problem in this pump for the starting of the may month. But your engineer was not able to sort out the noise problem he said my water pipe line is chocked but we already check my water pipe line is also clean. I observed that there is the barring problem in the pump.
                  Today morning again I input the complaint in your customer care no, but till the time not recieved any message or call by your side.
                  I have already attached the job card, guarantee card and penal no of monoblock pump in below please check.
                  Kindly sort the problem as priority.

                        I have made an complaint on 20/05/2016 for air cooler. Your engineering visited on the same day and told me that motor need to be change. He take the copy of bill and leave. After that many time they called me that engineer has left the office and will come by today. But since three days i am waiting for your engineer. At least you should give the correct information. They always told me engineer will come by today but engineer never come to my office. They also provided me the mobile no but they never pick my phone. Whenever i call to your call centre they told me that your problem will resolve my today. So over all, this is a very frustrating way to deal your customers. I just purchase havells by name but now i feel that you have only the not service.

                                I purchased 2 ceiling fans of Havells on 10/02/2016. One fan stopped working within 2 months. After checking the fan, the technician ( Anand - [protected] from Ujwala enterprises in Kukatpally, Hyd) informed me that the coil is spoilt and will come back in 2 days. He got a new coil and replaced it, but the fan was still not working. He wrote a replacement slip and asked me for money. I didn't pay him any. He asked me to call him after I receive the new fan so that he could come and fix it. When I called him, he said if I paid him money, he would come and fix it. I raised a complaint again on 29/04/2016 and till 03/05/2016 there was no response. I called customer care again and raised another complaint on 03/05/2016 and asked them to send a technician on priority. The same technician called again and said why I raised a fresh compliant again and I said since the job was not finished I raised another complaint. He asked me for money again to come and fix it. When I asked him if it's written anywhere on the company website, if there is a charge, he asked me to go and speak with someone else. When I told him if I have to speak with the CEO, he said I don't care whom you speak with and he had the audacity to say "get lost" in the local language before disconnecting the line. I spoke to about 5 call centre executives today(03/05/2016) and their response when I told them was that they do not install the fan if it is a regular fan. Unless it is an expensive fan, they don't do it. So according to the company, people who buy a fan for Rs 2000 are worthless to them. The point I don't understand is when a replacement fan has been given, is it not the responsibility of the company to send a technician to install it and check if the one that has been replaced is working or not and then close the ticket.

                                According to the call centre executives, the tickets closes automatically even if the problem has not been solved.

                                PATHETIC COMPANY, even more PATHETIC CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEES WHO CAN'T UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH and the WORST TECHNICIANS WHO WANT TO LOOT THE COSTUMERS.

                                I will never buy another product from this USELESS COMPANY and will tell everyone I l know not to buy it and ask them to inform people they know not to buy any product from this WORTHLESS COMPANY.

                                  I have purchased havells pedestal fan ( sprint led 16 inch) on 16th april 2016. Fan motor never worked . I have raised complaint # fd181682 .Technician came to my house after several follow up and informed me motor is having some issue, i have to return the fan to dealer and get new one .

                                  Today i have return the fan and got the new one. After reaching home when i open the box, i could see pole is missing in the box/package. This is really bad. How can you forget to place parts . In my entire life i have never ever seen such mistake by any other company in any of product. Do you have any quality /testing team who check this kind of things ?

                                  Its really not happy with your products . Can i return the fan and get my money back . I can't keep raising complaint /follow up with customer care /technicians for your defective products . I have some serious work to take care in my life.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    It is very disappointing that i am not getting any response from havells service team regarding my complaint no. Fd113920 dated 11.04.16, i’ve called so many times (Dated 14/04, 18/04, 20/04 & today) to havells customer care but getting a fake commitment every time that our service engineer will visit to your premises within 24 hrs. But the office watch of havells customer care/ service team has not completed 24 hrs. Form 14th of this month to till yet.
                                    Now kindly suggest us the way to register the complaint so that complain can be attended in time.

                                      I purchased two full metal body Havells fan in August 2015. Soon after installation we experienced noise coming from one of the fans. Since then, we have been calling customer care and registering complains but problem is not solved yet, even aggravated. Mr. Krish Enterprises, is always assigned for the repair.
