Magar abhitak koibhi technician aaya nahi or problem shortout nahiki
Or itni garmiome hamara fan bandh he.
Havells ki tarf se koi bhi response mila nahi. Without fan garmi me bahut dikkat horahihe...

    I have purchased a Havells insta cook top on last 7th Jan 2016. It does not work properly.It boil, stir fry, deep fry, curry function are not working. I have puchased it from the dealer M/s Santosh Steel, Kadma, Jamshedpur. Pls send your service person as soon as possible to make it work.

      I have made an complaint on 20/05/2016 for air cooler. Your engineering visited on the same day and told me that motor need to be change. He take the copy of bill and leave. After that many time they called me that engineer has left the office and will come by today. But since three days i am waiting for your engineer. At least you should give the correct information. They always told me engineer will come by today but engineer never come to my office. They also provided me the mobile no but they never pick my phone. Whenever i call to your call centre they told me that your problem will resolve my today. So over all, this is a very frustrating way to deal your customers. I just purchase havells by name but now i feel that you have only the not service.

        I am purchase havells cooler on 25 april 2016 on next day its water pump is not working .i register complain to custmer service. company engineer change the water pump. on 15may 2016 again my water pump (air cooler) is not working. the water pumps is damage two time with 20 days from the date of purchase air cooler. the parts of air cooler is low quality. i am not satisified with product of havells india company ltd .

        Last 10 days back I have purchased Havell freddo 70 litres in this few days I faced knobs issue and now water pump is not working. What can I do now.

          We have purchased 95 Sq mm HT (XLPE) Cable 300ft. of havells from Ludhiana in a roll after spending huge amount But when we unfolded it to use We observed that the cable is distended from 3 ( Three ) places and we are not able to use it as it is considered defected so please provide us any of your personnel to observe it.We want to start our new unit as soon as possible only for reason we can't run our unit for this cable

              I purchased 2 ceiling fans of Havells on 10/02/2016. One fan stopped working within 2 months. After checking the fan, the technician ( Anand - [protected] from Ujwala enterprises in Kukatpally, Hyd) informed me that the coil is spoilt and will come back in 2 days. He got a new coil and replaced it, but the fan was still not working. He wrote a replacement slip and asked me for money. I didn't pay him any. He asked me to call him after I receive the new fan so that he could come and fix it. When I called him, he said if I paid him money, he would come and fix it. I raised a complaint again on 29/04/2016 and till 03/05/2016 there was no response. I called customer care again and raised another complaint on 03/05/2016 and asked them to send a technician on priority. The same technician called again and said why I raised a fresh compliant again and I said since the job was not finished I raised another complaint. He asked me for money again to come and fix it. When I asked him if it's written anywhere on the company website, if there is a charge, he asked me to go and speak with someone else. When I told him if I have to speak with the CEO, he said I don't care whom you speak with and he had the audacity to say "get lost" in the local language before disconnecting the line. I spoke to about 5 call centre executives today(03/05/2016) and their response when I told them was that they do not install the fan if it is a regular fan. Unless it is an expensive fan, they don't do it. So according to the company, people who buy a fan for Rs 2000 are worthless to them. The point I don't understand is when a replacement fan has been given, is it not the responsibility of the company to send a technician to install it and check if the one that has been replaced is working or not and then close the ticket.

              According to the call centre executives, the tickets closes automatically even if the problem has not been solved.

              PATHETIC COMPANY, even more PATHETIC CALL CENTRE EMPLOYEES WHO CAN'T UNDERSTAND BASIC ENGLISH and the WORST TECHNICIANS WHO WANT TO LOOT THE COSTUMERS.

              I will never buy another product from this USELESS COMPANY and will tell everyone I l know not to buy it and ask them to inform people they know not to buy any product from this WORTHLESS COMPANY.

                I am raising this concerned because other customer shouldn't gone through same problem with Havells customer support .

                I have raised complaint in Havells customer care and as per your company SLA someone should visit house and check the issue with in 24 to 48...

                I have purchased havells pedestal fan ( sprint led 16 inch) on 16th april 2016. Fan motor never worked . I have raised complaint # fd181682 .Technician came to my house after several follow up and informed me motor is having some issue, i have to return the fan to dealer and get new one .

                Today i have return the fan and got the new one. After reaching home when i open the box, i could see pole is missing in the box/package. This is really bad. How can you forget to place parts . In my entire life i have never ever seen such mistake by any other company in any of product. Do you have any quality /testing team who check this kind of things ?

                Its really not happy with your products . Can i return the fan and get my money back . I can't keep raising complaint /follow up with customer care /technicians for your defective products . I have some serious work to take care in my life.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  It is very disappointing that i am not getting any response from havells service team regarding my complaint no. Fd113920 dated 11.04.16, i’ve called so many times (Dated 14/04, 18/04, 20/04 & today) to havells customer care but getting a fake commitment every time that our service engineer will visit to your premises within 24 hrs. But the office watch of havells customer care/ service team has not completed 24 hrs. Form 14th of this month to till yet.
                  Now kindly suggest us the way to register the complaint so that complain can be attended in time.

                    I purchased two full metal body Havells fan in August 2015. Soon after installation we experienced noise coming from one of the fans. Since then, we have been calling customer care and registering complains but problem is not solved yet, even aggravated. Mr. Krish Enterprises, is always assigned for the repair.                       I have purchased one havells fan model- florence 12000 mm from its dealer b s electricals 22b rabindra sarani, shop no: g-275a kolkata 700073.
                      On installing the fan it did not work. So i made a complain on the company customer care no [protected] on 5/4/16. The company send his technician the other day. He informed that the fan have a defective coil which was replaced the day. Now again on installing the fan it started rotating but with some unpleasant noise/sound. I again made a complain. This time the fault was with the defective bearing.

                        My otg 24rss is not working from the first day as i got the product. I have purchased the otg from elektrokraft (Multi brand showroom) jamshedpur, contact no.[protected]/2222451 on 28th march, 2016, company vat tin : [protected]..The product was not checked by me when i purchased it, i am a outsider of the city so they are not providing any services too. I didn't got any guidance book or warranty paper from the box. The showroom are not talking properly, there salesman are using slang as they know we are not from the city. Sir i am into restro industry, its pretty much hard for me to continue my business. Hope please help.
                        I shall be expecting a reply for this by tomorrow or i'm going to the consumer court and will make it sure that you people should face severe consequences.

                                    Hi, I purchased one gyser 10 lit storage on monday and called up customer care for installation request.The request NO was FB223174.This ticket was assigned to Tarama electronics Next day evening
                                    (23rd Feb) I got call from a guy named Buddha([protected]). He told me he is resolving the ticket to save his SLA and confirmed that he would do the installation tomorrow(24th).Then I got one SMS that ticket has been closed. On 24th the same guy called me and informed that he won't be able to come. Then in evening again I raised another installation request by calling customer care.Req no was FB241714
                                    and again it got allocated to tarama electronics. Now today(25th) morning I called up the same guy Budhha and he is still refusing to come and do the installation.I opted for havells only because it provides free installation but it seems I have to get it done at my own expense. After this pathetic service provided by havells I am never going to buy anything from you and would suggest my friends to do so. I would expect
                                    stringent action to be taken against the tarama electronics.
