Havells lamp, Saini Complex, Office No.-7, Near Old Water Tank, Bijswashan, New Delhi-110061 has stated that it is registered by Central Government of India, promises to supply 16 items for assembling for electronic chokes of 40 watts each and labour charge of Rs. 30/- each was offered to pay provided Rs. 30,000/- was to be deposited. As per thier advice Rs. 30,000/- D.D. was taken and sent through Professional courier to the above address. Neither any meterial nor any trining personnel have attended to our vizag address even after the lapse of 20 days. Necessary enquiry and information may be supplied to the following e-mail on its genuineness.

I'm MANU from KERALA. Me to paid an amount of 20000 rupees DD to the same firm and still i didnt get any information regarding the delivery of raw materials. I sent the DD 19/6/10. SO i'm telling to all new comers to to this firm, please dont waste your money. my number [protected].

    WE PURCHASED 4 HAVELLS FANS FOR OUR RESIDENCIAL USE FROM NIKHIL GANGULY ELECTRICALS -7,RABINDRA SARANI KOL-1 ON 7.09.2009.THE SHOP DID NOT PROVIDE US WITH WARRENTY CARD-SAID THEY WERE OUT OF IT-AND STAMPED THE WARRENTY NOS AT THE BACK OF THE BILLS.ONE THE FANS IS NOT WORKING -AFTER CALLING UP GANGULY SHOP-THEY PROVIDED TWO PHONE NO.40070609,40138183.AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO THOSE NOS-SOME BODY FROM YOUR SERVICE WINGS PROVIDED WITH A VERY LUKEWARM RESPONSE-AFTER WHICH NOBODY FOLLOWD UP.MY FAN IS LYING NON FUNTIONAL MORE THAN A MONTH.ALL I WANTED WAS-TO GET THAT FAN REPAIRED-WARRENTY OR NO WARRENTY.TO MY UTTER DISPPOINTMENT, I FOUND OUT THE NO-BEHIND THE FAN ALSO DID NOT MATCH WITH THE NO STAMPED BEHIND THE BILL.I FEEL VERY DISAPPOINTED-AT THIS SITUATION.AND SHALL NEVER BUT BUY ANY HAVELLS PRODUCT MYSELF AND ADVICE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME.     we had purchased 7 nos fans from M/S Jagmug Electricals P Road kanpur.Out of seven three fans are not working .your representative came at my residence for checking.He checked and told that 2 fans motors are not working and remain one condensor to be replaced.It is very much surprising to see that all the fans are under warrenty and purchased 2 months back.So you are requested to take serious action about your product and arranged to replaced witout further delay

    I am Jignesh Vyas, made complaint on 30/4/2011 and my complain no. AD300012 and since today I got again massage that it is allocated to Mr. Unicorn Rajan on 10/5/2011, that means after 10 days and they promised me to resolve the problem with in 48 hrs. Ye hey India meri jaan. No one here to resolve our problem. :(

    I had purchased 3 Fans of Havells make from M/s. Chaata Bhandar (Dealer), Malda on 28.08.2010. Since purchase, one fan out of three, Sl No. G07372, giving trouble causing noise in bed room. To rectity the defect I had personally called the Mechanic deputed by your firm but unfortunately the defect could not rectify despite their best efforts. Incidentally, I like to add that the behaviour of the mechanic deputed by you is not up to the level and needs to be more cautious while dealing with the customers. Since the fan is not functioning properly and your mechanic is not in a position to rectify the defect I request you kindly to replace the defective fan with a new one immediately considering the heat wave prevailing now in Malda, West Bengal. An early action is solicited.

    I have purchased Two no. Ceiling fan 48" * 56" From Goel Electrical Kotwali Bazar Hoshiarpur .Both fan when fitted in shop have follwing discrepencies :-
    (1) Speed of both fans is slow & Fans are not blowing Proper air.
    (2) Motor of 48" fans was over heating from the very start & Dealer has replaced it.
    (3) Fans are light in weight as such their motion is not stir in the plane.
    (4)Both fans seems to be duplicate.
    (5) Now dealer is hearing nothing about my complaint & i am quite disatisfied
    i request your company to sent your machenic to look into the matter to avoid me regarding advertising in the public about your poor product.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased two Havells fans(FU801N-2-1200 mm) a month back and both fans' motors are having some issues. After booking a complaint, technician put a sticker on both fans and asked us to hand over the fans to the shop ( GOEL Electricals, Kanhiya Nagar, Trinagar, Delhi -10035) from where I purchased. But when I asked shopkeeper to change or repair, he didn't commit any date and expect me to keep on following up with him at regular intervals.

    Could you please suggest the best approach to avail the services..??

    Now, I am not going to purchase another couple of fans just to beat the heat until I get two defected fans back (obviously repaired).

    I am Ramamoorthy, residing at Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai bought one Havells ACCL 30/12 A EB to DGC converter on 31/10/2013 from Standard Electricals, Adyar, Chennai paying Rs.1484/-. On installation I found that the same is not working. While I contacted the shop phone no[protected] they informed that the company will replace the same and shop is responsible for the faults. All our efforts to contact the company were in vein. The numbers printed behind the bill is false and I wonder why a company of Havells standing keeps their eyes shut on a product complain especially on an electrical equipment.

    Dear Sir/ madam,

    It is very disappointing as a customer of havells that our complaint is not resolved even after one year from complaining to havells. Please refer our call no.. DC100670 dated 10th March 2014, Call no. DJ160397 dated 16th october 2014 and Call no. DL010430 on 1st december 2014. Every time your executive comes try to pretend of doing something to the fan and then says that he will visit next day with new blades of fan and disappears for months. At the same time we always receive a sms saying your call is closed.
    This type of fraud was not expected by Havells team when I purchased all fans for my new home of Havells brand and since then I facing a problem. I have stopped recommending Havells to my friends and relatives. Also after this experience when I had to purchase a instant Electric water heater I did not go for havells instead I purchased Bajaj water heater which is serving me the best since months.
    I will never recommend Havells to anybody from now.
    If you don't replace the two fans which are making noise & resolve my complaint; I will escalate this matter to consumer court with all the evidences I have against you.

    I have purchased Adonia 15 litre geyser in the Nov 2017. But, from the date of purchase, it never worked for 10 days. I have complaint so many times on the customer care but problem not resolved. For the last 6 to seven times the same problem of short circuit and smoke is coming. But the service engg can't able to find the cause, each time they are changing the connector and the next day problem again comes. Pls do needful for the rectification of problem, otherwise I have to go to consumer forum.

      I've Purchased one Havells fan just a months back,which is installed in my village house at medinipur(east).I've spend 1350/-for it,whereas there are soo many company producing there products in a very less price range.So what is the use of purchase a havells fan by spending more money ??????
      At the moment the Fan is completely in a death mode,and it is so tuff for me to bring the Fan again by travelling 180 K.M. Up & down to get it to the service centre.
      So would like to request to the company to assist me how the isue will short out.
      Plz revert back soon.

        i have purchased a havells ceiling 7 days ago fan from a dealer in barrackpore from gramo radio house.but the dealer is not helping me to get the service.i am very disappointed because the numbers given in the gurrantee card are not valid number of havells pvt limited.this is so disgusting.whenever i call the dealer he always say that the service will be in 48 hours.in this hot summer days is this possible for anyone to live without the fan for 48 hours.please help me out.

        on 5/07/2012 i bought 3 fans, from "VISHWA SALES"..2 velocity and XP-390.MODELS...but my family members are satisfied with colour of the fans which i selected.so i wanted to exchange the fans wit other colour of same brand (HAVELLS), but the dealers are refusing to exchange..so please help me to exchange the fans..if not we wil never recommend others to by havells fans...waiting for reply
        Havells Fan products are third class. No should buy Havells Fan product. The advertisement are false. They are big fraud. I purchased two fans of havells. Since then my life is miserable. These fans makes so much noise. As some tabla is being played on my head.

        One can never sleep uder this fan. I have complaint so many time. Every time my complaint is address. But no solution . After two three days i
        am again there with same complaint. I am fed up of complaining. It will be better u take your faulty product back. I am tired complaining. You keep your third class product with u. It is simply rubbish for us.

        This year i visited one hotel. There also havells fan was installed. And that fan was also making noise just like my fan. Your products are third class and should be thrown in dustbin.

        Havells take premium price for your products. But havells gives inferior and third class product. No one should buy Havells fan. Even local brands are much better.

        Its no use address complaint if one has to use complaint addressing system so many time. You should focus on quality product.

        You take your faulty third class fans from my house. And give us relief from headache. Headache of complaining and headache of noise made by Havells Fan.

        Havells india limited is headache.
        Never buy havells product. The are third class. Havells is headache.

            I purchased five fans of havells from Yaspal Electrical , Indirapuram, Ghaziabad in mid of Dec 2009(winters). We start operating the fans in feb end, but in one of the fans th enoise in bearing is coming . We have approached dealer, who intern refused to do anything and replaced the bad product we have purchsed from him. We have made complaint to company call centre and a person froms ervice station has inspected the product. He has wriiten that the product can not be repaired at site and need to take to workshop. Company is not ready to replace the prpduct which could not be used even for a full month.

            How can Havells be such a irresponsible company , we have trsuted them and select their product on brand image ???

            Still I request company to do some favour to me and get it replaced falling which I have to initiate legal proceedings against delaer and company.

                  This is to inform that I bought an exhaust fan (turbo force, 300 mm, single phase) on 07.03.2010 from Havells Galaxy, Sector-63, Noida.



                  The fan was delivered to me in packed condition with motor & blades separately. On enquiry for assembly & testing, it was assured by the sales man (mr sharma) that it is already tested at the factory & the quality is assured due to its brand.



                  On the contrary, when the fan was installed at my home (in the kitchen), I found that blades are not able rotate though full voltage/current is available and it rotates only when it is given a push. Further, after push start the fan makes very loud noise and also different kind of humming loud sounds while rotating.



                  I am 100% dissatisfied with this product and expect HAVELL’S to either replace this fan immediately or refund my money. A complaint no.10032220 has already been lodged separately on 08.03.2010 at customer care of HAVELLS.

                  I am 100% dissatisfied with Havells Fan Fusion II. On 24th March 2010 I have purchased one Havells Fan Fusion II from next day onwards irritating sound came out from our fan.

                    Three Havells Fan Model 8-CF080038, 8-CF0800322 were purchase in year 2008 from M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar. On our complaint Mr. Lalit Jayoti, Service Engineer visited for attending the complint on Dated[protected] and declare that Fans are defected and required to be replaced. When we contacted M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar, Then he replied that now she is no bussiness relation with M/s Hevells, so approched another place.
                    So, Pl replaced the Fan at earliest or make communication for assurence.
                    I am very much annoyed with M/s AAR CEE Traders, Jalandhar & its service.

                    havells fan — Fan making sounds

                    I bought HAvells fan Fusion in april. It has started making sounds which is sometimes so loud and consistent that it disturbes sleep and worries me of falling down. pls help. it has a 2 yeay warranty

                    I have purchased 3 Havells make fan from your dealer M/s. Chata Bhandar, Binoy Sarkar Road, Malda, West Bengal on 28.08.2010 (Sl No. G07372). Since purchase of fans, one fan is creating noise problem . On complaint, Company's mechanic attended on a number of occassions but could not rectify the problem. The sound of the fan is not tolerable. Hence it is requested to kindly replace the fan with a new one. An early action is solicited.

                    Useless fan, it is runnng very speed, but air flow is not like even local fans.

                        Myself salil shyamsunder bhat had purchased Havell's velocity 1400 fan from tivrekar traders mapusa mkt. mapusa, goa on 10th nov 2008.
                        It is giving me problem of Knocking noise for past 1 month and have registered complaint on havell's helpline too with complaint no 09101777.
                        It is almost 8days no one have either called me for complaint or no visit it is pathetic and lethargy by havell's.I hope this mail will help me addressing the issue.

                            Hi,

                            I am Indu Singhal. I purchased two Ceiling fans (Flamingo Model) from I.K.Sons (Bhagirath Palace) on 10th May08. The warranty of Havells Ceiling Fans is two years. But I got a very bad experience in support and services being provided by Havells service centres.

                            I am facing problem in both the Havells Fans (One fan is not working and another one is making lot of noise while running). I had logged the call with their service centre (Saurabh Enterprises - Havells service provider in Ghaziabad) around 20 days back, but nobody has attended the call yet. I am regularly calling on their phones, but they are turning deaf ears to my complaint.


                            Now I have no other solution, but to resort on local electrician to rectify the problem of my both the ceiling fans.

                              I purchased a Havells Wall Hanging Fan for my office and it stopped working on the very next day of installation. I called up Havells consumer care and they sent somebody to repair the fan. Next day, the fan again stopped working. This happened on[protected]. Now whenever I call up consumer care.. They do not respond..or the ecxuse is that the repairs guy is on his way.. but he is never able to reach me.. I m very tired of this scenario.. Is there anyway that i can escalate my complaint to the highest of concerned authorities so that they also get to know how there people are fooling the customers...

                                I am Prashant Mittal residing in Jaipur, purchased Two Fusion-2 fans from Havells authroised dealer in April, 2009. Just after using these fans for a week noise has started, which has been reported to Havells Customer Service Centre. They sent their mechanic who verified the complaint and did some tit-bit to resolve the issue. But this cycle is being repeated almost every month their after. Every time I make a complaint, Havells sends person to first verify the problem after 3-4 days, then again after 3-4 days some mechanic turns up and do some tit-bit and reduces the noise. It works fine for 5-6 days and noise again starts and so on, , , , ,
                                I have requested Havells to replace the fans and I am even ready to accept the Fans with lesser amount but they are not giving ear to it. I guess every time one makes a visit in city like Jaipur it is going to cost at least 50/-, and upto now more than 10 visits have been performed by them, and they are unable to provide the remedy, they have tried 1. Replacement of baldes 2. Re-fixing of ring attached to motor part
                                3. Screw tighting of blades. But any of these worked ...

                                HAVELLS FANS — FANS ARE NOISY

                                I HAVE PURCHASED 10 NOS OF HAVELLS 48'' FANS 2 YEARS BACK AND ALL ARE VERY NOISY. I'M NOT SATISFIED.
                                I have, purchased Six pieces of fans ES-50(48") from Havells authroised dealer Vasdev Elecrticals in Bhopal on 28th Oct. 2010. Just after using these fans for a 5 Months noise has started .So now I am searching the service center at Bhopal Uptill now I am unable to find out In this regarding plz.help me.

                                I do agree with you mr.Prashant.I purchased 14 no. Hawells ceiling fans for my newly built nursing home, out of which 5 fans were jammed, no movement.I reported it to dealer who assured it will be repaired.The funny thing was that the dealer was based at Kanpur city and will give a visit after 2-3 days.But for me it was much annoying to call electrician daily so I returned back all the 14 fans after very hot arguements between me and dealer, when I threatened him to look in the consumer cuort.Not only I, same time my brother-in-law experienced the same with Hawells fans.Every time you visit an electric shop and ask for a ceiling fan he will suggest Hawells only you know why it is so, these companies are offering foreign trips to dealer against the sale, anyway, now I am enjoying with Crompton Greaves fans only hassell free or better to say hawells free.

                                Again I am reminding that Ihave made a complaint to Bhopal service centre of Havell's ceiling Fan and they had assured and they have given a complaint no. is 1654/4-6-11
                                But uptill now I am Waiting for their sevices. Plz.help me in this regards

                                I also has similar kind of problem, HAVELLS producing low quality products and making people fools by saying replacement warranty. The mechanics in service cell are road side people, they dont even know how a fan rotates. We are all in this world spending money based on advertisements they are giving and making ourselves fools.

                                I have raised two calls but no response, telling everyday a new story. This is the kind of service they provide..

                                BE AWARE DONT PURCHASE HAVELLS.. go for usha or crompton much better than HAVELLS

                                  My company has made a tie up with Axis bank for salary saving account but later on this account not operational due to change in company policy and when i send the cancelled cheaqe book and cancelled ATM card to your branch for closing this account they are asking Rs.2195.00 as non maintainance charges and earlier I am getting bank statement showing Zero Balances.

                                  They never mentioned in statement or made any communication for change in account status and non maintainance charges

                                  This is total unjustified becasue my salary account open on term of Zero balance so why this amount debited to my account without intimation to me.

                                  So, please help in this regard and cancelled my salary savings account with intimation to me.

EVERY DAY THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL SEND THE PERSON TODAY BUT TILL DATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. ALL TAPS ARE UNDER LEAKAGE AND I AM SUFFERING SO MUCH OF PROBLEM I CALLED THE PERSONS YESTERDAY ALSO THEY SAID AS USUAL ROUTINE DAILOGUE.

                                      TILL DATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED AND I QUESTION HAVELLS MANAGMENT WHY THEY SELL THEY PRODUCTS IN MARKET IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROMPT SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS. I STRONGLY OBJECT AND I SAID THAT THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.

                                        I have purchased 3 Havells Ceiling fans from Bhagwati Light House, Seawoods, Nerul about a year back and all the above fans failed to function. Repeated complaints to Havels Customer Care through the local vendor (Bhagwati Light House) did not yeild any satisfactory result. Finally Mr.Kadam (Havells' Electrician) visited on 8.7.09 and he could not fix the problem. The fans are still not working. This is the first time i am using the Havells product. But as per my experience, Bajaj and Orient are good in the performance. So, I request everyone to be cautious while choosing the product that has no after-sales-support.
