[Resolved] Havells India — bad services andy low quality products

I have registered a complaint for murano series switch on 31st aug. No one came to visit at my place and next day i recieved a msg that your complaint has been resolved. Everyday i make a complaint regarding my problem & i recieved same msg of resolving the problem. Since today no one called me and visited my place. I suggest not to buy havells switches because of poor services as we'll as poor quality products.

The switches they claimed that if there is any problem will be resolved within 24 hours and it took more than 10 days. Highly unprofessional and dissatisfactory services from Havells. Pushpendra sharma
