This complaint has been registered on 28 jan 2019. No one attend the call. Havells service engineer telling us to bring the faulty part to "ballia (Up)" wich is 40 km from my town. Such a bad service by havells. I have done a big mistake to trust brand of havells. If my issue is not resolve asap. I will file a complaint in consumer court. "dear naipal verma! Your"breakdown"with reference no."[protected]"has been assigned to service engineer/asp -"sample returnable (Service)"-"[protected]" Please show purchase bill to our engineer to avail warranty services.
