This is to bring to your kind attention that i had bought a havells ghrfhagw 200 / 2000 watt comforter through amazon on 06 dec 2018 for an amt of rs 3215 (Order#[protected]
The reciept of which is attached here with : (Invoice no: del3 316)
The order was delivered at meerut.
*within the first week, even though the machine was working, the body began to heatup and melt. The body has become deformed (Attaching the image for your kind perusal). This obviously means that the product material is unable to match the heat generated by the heater.
* since it was dangerous to use the product, i have been unable to do so, thus badly inconvinienced.
*since then i have made numerous calls to the service engineer @+91 [protected] as this was the number given to me to contact at meerut.
*the service engineer came and acknowledged the issue.. He said he has complained and the product will be replaced. This issue has been going on now for nearly a month and a half and all i hear is that the product is out of stock.
*i even called havells customer care two three times.
Service request no:[protected], but nothing has been done except for calling and telling me that they are sorry for the inconvenience.
*should i wait till my warranty has expired?
* i bought havells because you have a reputation but i am so unhappy with your service and product.
Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Either get my product replaced or issue a refund.
If you cant do either then issue me a service denial letter as i intend to escalate the matter thereafter.
I have used my hard earned money to buy some comfort, but all got was problems.
