[Resolved] Havells India — engineer visit not happen after lodging complaint | |||
I had lodged complain for breakdown of my fixed electric led mercury breakdown. After lodging complaint, complain no received[protected] on 15.02.2019 and engineer also assigned but till day no visit happens. This is the services you provide to your customer??? Please arrange to visit of engineer for replacement of my led. Please note in today's business era, lots of competitor are standing in the market. So try to improve your service and product too.
