I have been raising the complaints from 03 rd july 2019 as the geyser is not working and one of technician visited on first complaint and he said that the heating element needs to replaced. The first complaint has been closed without my consent or confirmation. Raised the complaints few more on 06th-july, 13th july and they are cancelled without my confirmation. The latest 4 complaint on 18th-july-2019 still no technician called or visited and hope this ticket will be also closed/cancelled without provide the service.
And this is my second complaint (Had same service issue raised complaint aug 2018) in this forum on this geyser. The heating element was replaced during aug 2018 and again it is not working in jul 2019 which raises the question in my mind whether havells using quality
Heating element? Since i have havells safety socket connected to geyser it is not allowing to on or tripping the power off.. Means without that socket it is very unsafe (Life threat) to use the geyser. If the heating element is not working the geyser should not heat the water but in my case the power from heating element to passing to geyser.. Grounding to geyser.
Regards to geyser product my experience confirms that there service is bad and they are not using quality material and mainly no safety measures.
I request you kindly take proper action on service delay and closing the tickets without taking confirmation from customer and address the geyser issue.
