Dear Sir/ madam,

I have purchased the 15 Lts geyser almost a month back & requesting for Installation since 3 weeks.

In my new house i am using all Havells products - where ever it is possible.

I was totally disappointed with the service on Geyser Installation. When you are not able to give some service of free installation - Pls. dont advertise that we will give Free installation.

I was fedup with calling your designated Service center for installation.

Pls. stop false promises. I would have gone with any other product rather than now. I will recommend in my circle & friends not to go Havells. If you can do anything by tomorrow. Other wise i will return this product immly.

গতবছর দোকান থেকে " Havells pedestal fan " কিনেছি ৷ দোকানদার "blade tightening screw ' টি খুজেঁ না পেয়ে কোন মতে সেটিং করে দেন এবং তৎক্ষণাৎ Customer care এ Complain করেন ৷ পরে Customer care থেকে এসে দেখে বলেন "Screw " টি তার কাছে নেই ৷ পরে এসে লাগিয়ে দেবেন ৷ প্রায় একবছর হতে চলল ৷ এখনো দেখা নেই ৷

    I have registered a complaint on 30th march 2017 for the havells iron. the service man came the next day. After checking the iron he told me that the thermostat is not working if the iron so I asked him to change it but he said that the thermostat of the iron is not available to him. I am highly disappointed by it. Please resolve the complain ASAP.

      I have purchased Havells Geyser in Last year Nov 20th 2015 at Varanasi. It has got 5years of warranty. I have complaing regarding Geyser from last two months. Yesterday i have complained for the 5th time. The dealer who alloted to rectify is Popular Electronics, varanasi. Yesterday i have spoken to Service manager of Popular electronics and conveyed my problem. He said that i will personally come check the geyser at home but he did not appear at us. He has told me not to complain again to customer care so that company did not know the staus of complaint. I have family with me and aged persons who are adopted for hot water to get bath. I am facing the geyser problem very frequently and dealer who has alloted by the company is not responding properly. And even in complain to Company i have said that its my 5th complaint and please get my geyser repaired permanantly if not please replace with the new one. But company or dealer not responsded to my complaint properly. I am requesting you to solve my problem.

          I had registered a complaint for repair of my Havells toaster with Havells customer care. The complain number is GC031306.

          Its under warranty. Only the spring was not working but the repair man short circuited the toaster and demanding money to repair it.We have videographed the whole event.

          I tried to reach their customer care but they did not help me. Senior consultant Mr Amit Singh in customer care did not help. In fact he demanded money for a warranty product. I have recorded his call.

            I purchased 8 pcs of Eco Kit 10 watt from Ankit Enterprise in Dallhousie. The MRP aritten in the packet was 2800 where as the shop mentioned the amount as Rs 3100. Then they have given a discount of 46% on that. I have purchased 14 pcs of Endura also but that billing was fine. When I asked for the return I have been told that Eco Kig price has been changed to Rs3100. But how can anyone put the price more than that printed in packet.

            I need a clarification on that.

                  There is a continuous noise coming from the Geyser. We purchased the Geyser on 30th Dec 2016 and this problem started coming after 15 days. When contacted Seller and Customer service they say it is normal feature. Our request for replacement is being refused.

                    I purchased SUPERBLEND WITH CHOPPER 400W on 14 October 2016, there was some problem in chopper, I called there custom care on same day 14 October 2016 regarding this issue and register a complain (complain No. FJ141970 ).

                    There engineer came, he was replacing my product with low capacity 150W product, I told him that need same 400W product. He told that he will report to company.

                    After that it's now almost 3 month, I didn't get any response from there. I called 3-4 times to again customer care regarding my issue. Every time they just told me that, we are forwarding your request to concern department, but didn't get anything yet.

                        I have purchased 35 Ltr white Monza EC Storage Wtare Heater in Jan 2017 thru Online Moglix which is delivered. Ur service centre at Gwalior MP refuse to install as per the policy o[censored]r co giving lame excuses . it seems they are making excuses to extract some money from me. Several complaints are made to ur co thru GA103063, GA172253, GA220931 and i get standard reply that the matter is referred to service centre. But the service centre is not providing the service. am disturbed to see the response of the service centre and the co as well, where tall claims of best service after sales are promised.i am old customer of Havells but in future shall think twice before purchasing ur products.

                          This is with regards to the complaint raised by me on 4th Jan 2017 with your customer helpline number[protected] wherein I had requested for an engineer visit to check on my Havells Geyser which had stopped working.

                          On 5th Jan, 2017, I got a message from Havells stating that my complaint has been assigned to Mr. Pradeep Mishra who not only failed to turn up but also cared less to even give a call.

                          After continuous follow up for next few days on my part, an engineer named Mr. Pratap (Jmx Techtronix) finally visited me on 10th evening @ 8.00 PM. The reason why I am highlighting the date and time is to showcase the utter lack of ownership on part M/s JMX Techtronix and your company.

                          After the engineer duly checked the equipment, he came to the conclusion that the electricity cable is faulty and needs to be changed and also cautioned us to not use the cable as he has removed the safety instrument attached to the cable. In case same is used, there is a possibility that the element will get damaged.

                          He also assured us that within a day or so, he will come back with an new cable and get the geyser working. We also highlighted the fact that element of the geyser is not functioning properly due to which the water is not getting heated at the desired temperature but nothing was done.

                          Then again I started the rigmarole of contacting the engineer again and again but all I got in return is assurances and a statement that-“they are waiting for the cable to come”

                          Hence, since 4th Jan 2017, we are left high and dry and at the mercy of this so called professionals. Till date, nobody either from Havells nor from Jmx Techtronix has cared to check or give us a status update.

                              After few months of purchasing the induction cooker (Model- insta cook ET-X), i am having problem with it due to its not working. and for that i also filed complaint, and each and every time an engineer paid visit and tried to resolve the problem. for that instance the problem being resolved, but after few days like 2 0r 3 again it started giving the same problem.

                              As my previous complaint is still unresolved, inspite of that i received message that your problem is resolved but its not. my previous complaint call no is FL261263.

                              So for that issue today i again filed a complaint with call no GA042072.

                              Therefore Sir i request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out as soon as possible.

                                  We had purchased 2 water heaters from havells through a dealer.it was purchased in JULY 2016.From the month of purchase we have been raising complaints to fix the problem in both heaters.But the problem is not getting solved.Nor the company is replacing the product.This is really pathetic to raise 2 complaints everyday.

                                    This has reference to the complaint no FL233601 raised on your website. I have purchased one Accor Steam Iron on 10.01.2016. There was two years warranty on the product. However, on 02.12.2016, the sole plate got broken while ironing.

                                    I raised a complaint on your web portal regarding the same. I got an SMS regarding the complaint and got few SMSes regarding complaint alloted to few technicians(Kool Care Services, Sunny).

                                    One of the technicians came to our home for repair on 24.Dec.2016. He told that the company have stopped making the model and they will not be able to repair the iron. They asked to replace the 2000W with 1250W iron for which I refused. The earlier model (Accor) is still available on the company website. Later I got a phone call from Some "Sher Singh" informing that the Accor model is discontinued and he can replace the same with 1650W if I wish to. On refusing the same, I again got a call from the same number stating that the iron is intentionally damaged physically and will not be replaced or repaired.

                                    On calling your Customer Care no at 7:00PM on 24.Dec.2016, one of your representative informed that they cant help me and anything relating to the complaint will be handled by the technician only. He didnt let me talk to his senior/ supervisor.

                                    Kindly repair the iron as the same is in warranty at the earliest

                                      "We buy branded products for it's service. Havells have very poor customer service, waste of money. Product longevity is less than 2 years, so do non branded heaters which is 60% less cost. Shame on you Havells. Whenever you call, service center will tell you they will resolve issue in 24 hours, but they won't, may be they can't." After I register above complaint service engineer contacted me and asking Rs.950 even though my product is under warranty. I think, Havells is fraud.
