After two service engineer visits, my service complaint has been resolved. Post resolution, i had received "job sheet" pdf which strangely construes wrong information.
1. 'cause' and 'action taken' mentioned is incorrect. No parts were replaced.
Action cause was wire burn which was the only thing rectified.
2. Customer signature has been forged since engineer never asked for any signature.
3. Behavior and conduct of service engineer was pathetic since in my absence my mother had to get the work done and engineer was not at all cordial.
I have attached the pdf also. I expect havells to take corrective measure for misrepresentation of facts and signature forgery done. I demand a clear call back from havells of the corrective action taken within 15 days. If not, i would be forced to file the query in consumer court.
