Purchsed multiple lights in november 2017 and 1 of them wasnt working. Filed a complaint with havells on march 17th 2018 and 4 days later they paid a visit checked the light and confirmed it was faulty and noted down the bill number and all other details they required and said that in the next 24-48 hours someone will come with a new set of lights and replace it.
I have since then called havells customer service twice and each time i'm assured of someone coming to fix the issue in 24-48 hours. They do not want to share details of who needs to be contacted if issue is not fixed as promised.
Today is the 28th and i am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
