We had purchased a rice cooker last year and it was giving problem since its inception. When we complained from [protected] and [protected], last three months no resolution was provided. They close calls without resolving. Every time they ask for 15 days time for resolution. Last one month it is down. The current complaint number is [protected]. Please help by replacing immediately.
