I have registered a complaint on 30th march 2017 for the havells iron. the service man came the next day. After checking the iron he told me that the thermostat is not working if the iron so I asked him to change it but he said that the thermostat of the iron is not available to him. I am highly disappointed by it. Please resolve the complain ASAP.
