Havells India — Toaster

I had bought Havells Toaster on 16th August 2020, sL nUMBER and according to warranty terms it is in warranty.
I have Called to Havells Cmplain booking number and have lodged my Toaster complain a number of times and every time Havells have assigned the service to " Fairdeal Services" and Fairdeal Services use to cancel the Service call from their side without even bothering to attend the customer, I then I have lodged complain to Havells about Toaster and about their service center Fairseal Services and have requested to assign the job to other service person than Fairdeal Services but inspite of three times lodging of request Neither Havells nor their service Center Fairdeal services is ready to attend my request.
