[Resolved] Havells — Remote and led light is not working

I was purchase havells fan on 10 august 2016 and
Installed on 11 august 2016. First day of installation fan remote and led light is not working. I was reported complain of same day and given reminder of 7 times in havells customer care but technicians was not visited and not solved my problem. I was disappointed with havells fan and havells services. Please take immediate action of my complaint
