at MR PANT SERVICE, Call was allocated to MR HARPREET SINGH
MR. HARPREET SINGH called me at 12:58 from mobile no [protected] and asked me for installation of my water geyser, I told him go to my home and install the geyser my son and my wife was at home. He came to my home and asked for money for removal of old geyser rupee 100 and when we agreed for same then he asked us to get new plumbing done for installation. He was not eager to do work. My wife told him that the plumbing was fine but he simply walked off. I called our in house plumber and he said everything is fine. My wife called up your customer care where we were assured of swift action and we told them ton send a different installation person. I got a call from[protected] at 15:07 where I re informed them about the situation. Then I received another message saying our installation request had been forwarded to Mr Pant Service { FK072825 } which was forwarded again to Mr Harpreet. But no one turned up. I called customer care again. they told me visit would be arranged tomorrow. I am still waiting for my installation.
