Hawkins — About cheating in buying new cooker of Hawkins.

Sir im krishna kant from muzaffarpur, bihar. I have bought a hawkins coocker from shop having gstin-10agrpg4370n1z7 on 10.09.2020. Coocker started vomiting in using first time. On the same time handle of coocker broke. On the same day another handle of the same coocker broke. Part near whistle of cycle moves right and left. I went to shopkeeper, but he didnot respond. He didnot listen the problem.

2. Shop sold coocker to me at the mrp of 2020. But the product coocker is of 2014. Guarantee card no. J57w43j907745.

3. Shopkeeper not responding. If defective coocker will be sold customer will not buy products of hawkins. Defects - vomiting of coocker in first use, defects in knob of coocker, defect in handle of coocker in first use.
