I bought futura tawa from my nearby shop in January 2022 they claim guarantee for 5years as retailer told me but it's not completed single year and it's metal getting separate from aluminium which makes it to get hot, due to tawa doesn't work properly. Surprisingly the pressure cooker by Hawkins exploded while my mother had out it on the stove for cooking sambar. There was a huge sound of a blast in the house and suddenly neighbours appeared hearing the sound if everything was fine. The lid of the cooker fling upside hitting the chimney and breaking the parts of chimney. The whole kitchen, lobby and nearby room was full of scattered piece of glass. Sir im krishna kant from muzaffarpur, bihar. I have bought a hawkins coocker from shop having gstin-10agrpg4370n1z7 on 10.09.2020. Coocker started vomiting in using first time. On the same time handle of coocker broke. On the same day another handle of the same coocker broke. Part near whistle of cycle moves right and left. I went to shopkeeper, but he didnot respond. He didnot listen the problem.
