Hazrat Vision — Carrier air conditioner

Carrier Air Conditioner was not cooling and contacted service center who picket up the AC and refilled gas. I was charged Rs 1, 900 in spite of the fact that I had refilled gas 6 months before and payed Rs 2, 500. The AC was delivered but was not cooling, on raising the concern the tech didn't agree to it. A senior technician visited the place and measure temp with digital thermometer which showed a reading of 22 (expected is 12 -14). They took the AC back and refilled gas. The temp shown is 19 again not within expected range and not cooling. This thing is going on and they have take the ac 5 times still no results.
