I purchase carrier window ac on 28/04/2013 .My ac isnot working properly. i have told many times to HAZRAT VISION your authorized dealer in LAXMI NAGAR delhi 110092. The people sent by your team are charging money for the same.Kindly note that the Installation of our AC was not done in the right manner therefore it is not working properly. Please advise whether you would help me in this case or I would have to complain for this further.I would also like to inform you that the concerned AC is within warranty period & there is no provision of charging money for such things. If you are not able to take any action against this then I would have to inform the Consumer court regarding this...
