I would like to inform that I have placed a request on 07/08/2019 for Air Conditioner (AC) servicing of the Brand named CARRIER.
Their Technician called me up and no one has visited till today the 13th of August'2019.

I have followed up many times with the Phone/Mobile number of the said Company Customer service toll free number, Local in Charge/ Regional office.But no one responded properly.Even they said that will call me back regarding Technician visits which was not in actual.

I am facing lots of problem due to not properly functioning of the AC.
and VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED with Carrier SERVICE.

Request to resolve it on urgent basis most preferably by tomorrow the 14th of August'19.
