Carrier has very poor after sale services. From manufacturing defect to poor installation and after sale services, carrier support is not able to fix the problem rather they keep marking the complaints as completed without any confirmation or consent. Its been just 2 months that i have purchased a product and within such short span of time, i have faced so many problems with it. I have had a very bad experience and i want to say that i am not at all going to recommend carrier at all to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
